Dan Hanjie propped himself up with one hand by the bedside, gazing at the deeply asleep Qin Youxuan. His piercing dark eyes filled with affection.
After a while, he reached out to lift the covers and got out of bed.
He made sure she was still asleep before leaving the bedroom.
“Mr. Jie.”
Yao stood straight in the office. Seeing Dan Hanjie emerge from the bedroom, he respectfully bowed.
“Take this document for notarization and seal off any information. Do not let anyone know for now,” Dan Hanjie casually ordered, sinking his tall figure into the sofa.
His voice was indifferent with a trace of coldness.
“Mr. Jie, if the others from the Dan family find out about your marriage, I’m afraid…” Yao looked at the marriage agreement in his hand and furrowed his brows in worry.
“You know how to deal with it. Be discreet,” Dan Hanjie lifted his head, his enchanting cold eyes flashing danger.
“This is a big deal, we might not be able to keep it hidden. Once known, it could affect not only Dan Group but the entire consortium.”
“Do I need to teach you how to handle such a trivial matter?”

Yao closed his mouth and respectfully nodded.
After some thought, he still asked, “And what about Jin Lan?”
“Keep up appearances. As for what Jin Chenye wants to do, keep an eye on him. When the time is right, we can lend him a hand. We both want to save Jin Lan for now,” Dan Hanjie responded coldly with a smirk.
He did not exhaust all this effort to save a person just to have them locked up in prison.
Jin Lan had other uses.
