Jin looked up in the sky he could see clearly that the clouds up in the sky are turning darker and darker. The thunder is getting rampant. *BOOM* an explosion from a nearby house cause a wind wave that causes Jin and his mother to get out of balanced.

Jin also hear from a distance the sound of flying Helicopters, ``I guess the military has reacted fast enough to contain this anomaly``

Jin aimed the XDR-Rifle the ghouls growled at Jin as they show their sharp fangs. "Tch- these monsters let me see how strong you guys are!" the ghouls then charged forward, their tongues were out in the open as they rush towards Jin.

Meanwhile, Jin aimed his rifle towards them. He breathes slowly and then clicks the trigger *prffft* and then the level 2 ghoul goes down as the bullet passes through the flesh of the ghoul. The green ooze out from the bullet wounds. Meanwhile, the Level 3 red ghoul stopped from rushing.

Jin quickly does a tactical reload from one of his magazines. "COME!" Jin shouted and when he shouted he then aimed his rifle at the ghoul but then the ghoul runs quickly as it leaps over a wall and vanishes.

Jin looked at his Mother and when he turned around he saw a huge monster. A troll who was standing behind his Mother. ``Oh shi—``

"MOTHER!" Jin shouted but it was too late the troll suddenly grabs his mother. "AHHHH JIN!" His mother screamed at top of her voice. She was scared and he doesn't want to look at the troll's hideous and ugly face.

Her tearful eyes soon overflowed with tears on her face. She tried to push away the fingers of the trolls.

But it was too tight "UGhk" she moaned because of the pain she felt as the grip was getting tighter. The troll looked at Jin and smiled as if it was provoking him.

``This is no longer the game that I have played! But the game of life and death… So this is Ultima change`` Jin pull up his XDR-Rifle and aimed at the Troll that is around 8 ft tall. Jin whispered "GreenFields Blue Bullet" then a blue tab appeared in front of Jin.

``Dammit, now what would I need to use argh!`` Jin Fired his XDR-rifle at the hand of the troll monster. *prfft* *Prfft* the bullets did not pass through but were stuck at the flesh of the troll monster. The troll monster reacted in grievous pain. "RAHHHHH!" the troll monster screams in pain and immediately letting go of Jin's mother.

Jin's mother falls to the ground. "MOTHER!" Jin shouted once again. The furious troll monster roared and charged towards Jin.

Jin only has his XDR-rifle aimed at the head of the troll monster. A laser then pointed directly at the 4 visible weaknesses on the body of the troll monster.

*prfft* *Prfft* the troll monster dropped on the ground after that consecutive gunfire. Jin quickly reloaded his XDR-Rifle. After doing that a blue tab notification appeared in front of Jin.

Jin sigh as a sign of relief after that he rushes towards his mother who was lying on the ground. He looked at his mother who was wounded because of the grip of the troll. "Mother!" Jin shouted as he felt the pain in his heart that his only mother died in front of him because of the monsters. ``Dammit just why…``

Jin clenched his fist as tears fall from the ground and drip from his cheeks. He slings his XDR-rifle and picks up his mother, Jin and his deceased mother traveled for a few meters before arriving at the first safe place. But the Safe place was a refugee camp. Almost all of the people there were either wounded or soldiers.

Jin stands out because of the weapon he has and the suits he wore. And then a soldier blocked his way, and while looking at him in suspicion. "State your name citizen and how did you get here and what kind of weapon do you hold? Are you a User or a Player?"

Jin stopped as he was blocked by a couple of armed soldiers who looked that they will kill him if he did something bad or said something bad. So he took it in a calm manner as he did.

"I am Ru Jin, I am from the Akushu Technological Academy. I am 18 years old, and this is my deceased mother I need to bury her or cremate her remains. And if you may please explain to me what is a User or a player?"

The armed soldiers gripped their rifles. "Alright, boys guns down let the boy pass through, and also the cremation is over there. But good luck, if you need more information there is a tent over there where they give briefings. Well, welcome to safe zone Delta."

The armed soldier smiled at Jin and Jin smiled back, after that Jin continued to walk towards the cremation building. And there he saw a lot of people being cremated. Jin placed his mother's remains at one of the tables and walk to the office.

And as he opens the door there was a bell. An old man sitting on a chair looked at Jin. The old man was well dressed with reading glasses on his eyes and a bit smudged face. "How can I help you?" the old man asked Jin.

And Jin replied, "I am here to cremate my mother that is deceased." Jin looked down as he felt a sudden flash-back of memories rushing through his mind. The old man looked at Jin and then put a paper in front of them both. "Sign this form and then come back for tomorrow for the payment of 20 gold"

And then Jin walked towards the table and sat on the chair he started filling up the form. And once again he asked "Do I need to bring a vase?" and then the old man replied, "You don't need to we already prepared for that kind of container for your mother."

After filling the form Jin stood up and then walk towards the door but as he was about to reach the door the old man said. "I guess all of the people change in just a single day huh Ultima Change~" Jin tears drop on the ground and then continued to open the door.

He left the building and head towards one of the tents that was giving a briefing. The briefing was about to start when he entered, ``There are a lot of people here… I did not expect many people in this place but I guess they are lucky``

After a few moments, a rough voice echoed through the room "Welcome to Safe Zone Delta". And a man in his mid 30 walked towards the podium in front the man was wearing a military uniform and it colored black. Jin has seen that kind of uniform before when he watched some films about the military. The man reached the podium and stood there and then sighed.

"I am Major. Dong JianJun of the 56th User Corp." And then another man walked beside the Major. Dong and then stood there in a white uniform.

"I am Captain Bai Meng of the 7th Player Corp and we are both from the Task Force Bureau of Defense" and then Major. Dong grabbed the mic and then started speaking. Meanwhile, captain Bai was standing there still and looking around at each people inside the tent. And when he glanced at Jin both of their eyes interlock. But Jin looked down and then hide among one of the crowd.

"All of you here are confused about what are the armed soldiers outside were saying if you are a User or a Player. Now we will explain, a User is an individual who just achieved incredible powers such as superhuman strength, superhuman intelligence, and such.

Meanwhile in the Player is individuals who achieved system-like abilities such as there are statistics and system-guided skills like in a game. So if you are one of these people please raise your hand and form a line outside. But if you don't have this you may still stay in the Safe Zone as that is the main priority of the safe zone is to protect its inhabitants."

After Major. Dong explained everything some of the people suddenly raised their hands and began forming a line outside of the tent. Jin, on the other hand, was still thinking if he will join that kind of fight, but still, he has the urge to get revenge on all of the monsters that spawned from the void rift.
