Chapter 109: Map Shard!
Draco and Co were still standing in front of the rapidly approaching army.
Alexander and his wives were anxious, seeing as Draco didn't plan on moving, however, the latter suddenly looked at them and said.
"We're going."
"Huh?"
{Chaotic Teleportation}
a second later, they appeared endless miles away from the army, but, Draco could still sense them approaching at light speed (literally).
Alexander and his wives were surprised to find themselves teleported this great distance with a single teleport.
However, Draco wasn't done yet.
{Chaotic Teleportation} {Chaotic Teleportation} {Chaotic Teleportation x23}
"Ugh! Let us rest!" One of Alexander's wives couldn't hold it in anymore and yelled.
Draco didn't pay her any mind and looked at her husband.
"I would have gone alone by now, but seeing as we're teaming up for this guy, where should we go next?" Draco asked.
Alexander held his breath and calmed down before he said.
"A station! That's the only place banished ones and their filthy armies can't reach. If we go there, we will have lodging, missions that will pay us neutral law residue, and we can even participate in some auctions that could potentially hold some very rare artifacts."
Draco heard his words and thought for a second.
Stations were also included in his evolutionary conditions. He had to destroy 69 of them! But, there was still time for that.
What he was thinking about was that this was the first time he would truly integrate himself into a civilized city; however, he was forced to do so. And it wasn't like he was against it.
To go about his plan, he had to act slowly and rise to power as fast as he could.
Draco didn't need to evolve to reach higher stages in the Heavenly Ranks, and he couldn't anyway, as a mere transcendent, it was a pipe dream to even think of facing the imprisoned celestial of fate.
Indeed, being imprisoned meant that Fate was much less powerful than he ever was, but he would never be defeated by anyone not holding an Origin Law.
The stages of the Heavenly Ranks all had to do with laws and reaching their extremes, and Draco was only starting to get aware of this.
Now, his plans included meeting with other powerful people and taking them in to form his own army before he faced Fate.
"Do you know where the nearest station is?" Draco asked as he looked at Alexander.
Alexander scratched his head and said.
"How could that be? Stations are light years away from one another, to find one, you had to either travel at light speed, and it might take you years if you're lucky, or if you're unlucky, never find one. The prison is massive, man, I tell you, thousands of Portalias stacked together won't even count as a small percent."
"I know that, How else would celestials be imprisoned here, You think I'm dumb? Whatever, you're useless." Draco dismissed Alexander as he went on to call his ever-so-reliable partner.
"Zero." Draco called, and his eternal assistant, Zero, appeared before him.
[Here, Host!] Zero, knowing what Draco wanted to ask of her, bought a map shard of the entire prison from the Shop and gifted it to Draco.
It cost her 50 Trillion Gold! Almost everything Draco held at the moment, but she knew Draco wouldn't give a rat's ass about some Gold when he could gain it much faster than he wasted it
Draco looked at this and smiled.
He took the shard and said.
"What do I do with this? It's a mental map, isn't it?"
[Yes, Host! All you have to do is consume it.]
"Very well." And Draco threw it in his mouth.
A second later, he felt something opening up in his brain and with a little bit of concentration, he could navigate through the countless light years of the prison in detail inside of his mind.
Draco opened his eyes and looked at Zero in slight surprise.
"I'm pleased, this mental map is good enough." Then he turned to look at Alexander and said.
"The nearest station is 5 light years away."
Alexander, hearing this, was surprised and confused at how Draco could know of this.
He wanted to ask but thought that he better not; however, his curiosity killed him and he asked.
"How did you know?"
"None of your business." Draco replied as quickly as thunder.
'Fu-! Damn Me, Stupid Idiot! I should have shut my mouth.' Shouting in his mind, Draco shut his eyes slowly to express his frustration uncosciously and sighed.
One of Alexander's wives looked at Draco in slight anger and asked.
"So, how do we go there? It will take us too long to reach it if we go at light speed."
"Did you ever find a station before?" Draco asked.
"Obviously not, We've only been here for 4 months in total, how do you expect us to do so?" Alexander said.
"Well, it should take us around 50,000 {Chaotic Teleportations}" Draco thought for a bit and said.
"50,000??!" Alexander and his wives heard this and screamed both in shock at how little that was and in fear at how many that was.
Draco nodded in confirmation, and the Harem looked at each other and then at their husband, who was holding himself from falling to his knees.
"If we teleport at around 5000 times per day, then it would only take us 10 days." Draco, not caring about how they felt, added.
The Harem looked at each other once again and sighed before they looked at their husband, who was still calming himself down, and went to support him.
Alexander looked at his wives, who were surrounding him and motivating him, and felt something rise inside of him, and it definitely wasn't the shield hero.
He looked at Draco and then at his wives and sighed because they weren't in a station for him to enjoy his privilege, and then he became motivated to go through what he had to go through.
He looked at Draco and said.
"We're Ready!"
Draco, not looking at him, looked in another direction and said.
"You have to be, they're here."
