Chapter 225: New Plans!
Draco was planning on doing something before he even connected his divinity with Hestia, and now that he discovered the potential of worldly phenomena, he could move on to fulfill that plan.
What Draco wanted to do was simply make this headquarters of his an impenetrable stronghold, and what other way should he do so other than using the newly gained power nobody else but him could control?
Draco closed his eyes while sitting cross-legged on top of a large branch of the deva tree. He concentrated on the task at hand before he called upon the multitude of essences that were dormant inside of him since he had devoured them.
Draco had never used any of them aside from divinity, and thus, he had yet to experience their wonders. But now he would.
*Fwshhhh*
First came mana. The supernatural energy he was most familiar with.
This essence was something he was entirely made of back when he was a Mana Kythnos, and now he become its source.
Mana woke up abruptly, and the second Draco gained control over it, it exploded.
*BOOOOOM*
Fortunately, he was ready for such a thing and managed to protect the tree and the entire world beneath from any harm. But this did not end here.
Chi, Aether, Mystic Energy… One by one, the worldly phenomena within him exploded out in fervor.
For the first time ever, they were within the body of an actual living soul instead of a rock in space.
To Draco's surprise, he could feel the intent of these phenomena and this prompted him to focus more on them, and that was exactly what he needed to do.
"WOW! I can talk!" Mana ran out of Draco's body and swirled around him like an element before it formed a blue body of its own.
"My, oh my, to think such a day will come." Right after mana, the yellowish Chi shot out too, its appearance looking like that of an old cultivator.
"Hmm? To think there were others like me." After mana came the purple form of aether, looking like a haughty young man.
Their bodies were like that of a deva, aside from the fact that they had slightly visible faces.
"I guess so." After aether came the white mystic energy, its mature female body replying to the assumption aether made.
"I guess I should come out too." After everybody came out, Divinity decided that it was worth making an appearance and got out in its golden form, not giving any hints as to whether it was male or female.
"Well, isn't this surprising?" Draco, who was watching all of this on the side, suddenly spoke.
"What is?" Mana asked, swirling around him before she hugged him.
"Who would have thought you would make bodies and come out like this, but I guess this makes it easier." Draco nodded.
"Hey, you blue girl. Why are you so clingy to him?" Not liking what he was seeing, Aether confronted Mana.
"Me? I don't know; I guess I just feel more connected to him for some reason." She replied.
Draco, however, understood that he had more of a connection with Mana than any others, but this meant nothing.
"Let's not waste time on useless things. I will give you your first mission now." Draco stopped them.
"And that is?" Chi asked, stroking his yelllow beard as his cultivator's robe danced with the wind.
The five worldly phenomena that had taken form were like whisps. Their upper body was humanoid, but their lower body was non-existent, as it looked like that of a snake or a soul.
Each one of them surrounded Draco from somewhere, with Mana hugging him from behind, Chi to his right, Aether to his left, and the remaining two, divinity and mystic energy, directly in front of him.
"You see this world below us? We have to make it the most secure in this entire galaxy. It's also a good way to see what you guys are capable of." Draco smiled.
"Oho?" Chi smiled.
"Leave it to us!" Mana shouted enthusiastically.
"Alright." The others nodded.
Draco watched all of this with a glint in his eyes that was scheming something unknown to all.
The worldly phenomenon, not planning on wasting anymore time, suddenly vanished from around Draco.
"Aren't you leaving?" Draco looked at the only person remaining in front of him and asked.
"I don't need to. I'm more connected to this world than anybody else, so I can do what I want from wherever I am to be." Divinity replied.
"Very well. You do you." Draco shrugged.
And so, while every phenomenon went to do a separate task, Draco stood there corss-legged on top of the deva tree with divinity by his side.
The demon spread his senses, eager to see what the 4 were capable of, yet the first thing he saw, were the roots of the deva tree falling from the island and onto Hestia.
"I see, you're moving first." Draco said.
"I should." Divinity replied.
And so he went back.
While the roots of the deva tree went on to encompass the world of Hestia to form a protective shield around it, the others also started working on what they could do best.
Chi was more of an all-round essence; thus, the second it saw the roots of the deva tree falling down on the planet, it followed them with a smile.
"Arrays it is." The old soul said.
Mystic energy was more of a mysterious energy. In the world where Draco managed to get it, it worked as the fuel that helped the summoners transport their beasts back and forth from the spirit world.
Thus, after thinking about it for a bit, it came to the conclusion that it could do the opposite of that and make it impossible for anyone to enter the world without permission.
Now all that remained were mana and aether. The two were observing silently and thinking of ways they could show their use.
While Mana had yet to do anything, Aether came across an amazing idea while seeing the work Mystic did.
