And there were other races, but the one Draco chose was the Chaos Anomaly.

A Race of Unlimited Potential that spoke deeply with his inner goals and desires.

Upon glimpsing at it no other Evolution could meet his needs and he chose it before sleeping, Only waking up 15 Days later to see himself looking like a dark fog with Blinding eyes like White holes.

Many things changed after this Evolution, and Draco's current power couldn't even be compared to his earlier power because almost every single one of his Affinities was now an EX-Rank affinity with a 0.001% Understanding Rate and some would be increased rapidly as long as he gave them a little bit of his time, but that would happen later.

For now, he had other things to do one of which was checking on his S-Rank Dungeon as after sleeping all of his clones were in a state of unconsciousness.

Before he went to check on the Dungeon and take out any of his coçnstructors to start Building the second base from the Heart Of The Forest, Draco wanted to know what it meant to be the Ruler of this Forest.

Ruling this Forest in simple terms meant owning everything in it. Its Beasts, Monsters, Spirits, Elements, and Every Single Tree were Draco's.

The Forest's Entire Mana Reserves Were Draco's, Making it nigh-infinite, but His Mana was already obscene in the first place.

What Draco liked was that all of the EX-Rank beasts excluding the Dragon were his and under his rule.

Every inch of land and every single resource could be called to him with a thought.

He could Teleport everywhere and anywhere, and it didn't end here as one of the functions of the Heart was that if Draco conquered another Continent the Forest will Burst out to Devour it, thus making Draco also the legitimate owner of another Continent.

After all, in the beginning, the Forest was nothing but a regular-sized Forest as big as one of Earth's Continents.

There were also many benefits but they will be shown with time.

Teleporting to his Dungeon, Draco found an entire City made out of the purest elements and his Summons going about without a care in the world.

His Main Body was still on his Throne even while in a state of Evolutionary Sleep. Him as an EX-Rank right now could start Understanding Affinities on his own and seeing as he wasn't planning on moving anywhere with his main Body, starting to think about Affinities and Techniques was the wisest thing to do right now and using his time in the most efficient way.
