Chaos Evolution: Only I Was Granted 3 Wishes

3 Days passed since Draco first started gaining control over the CEOs of various companies and Forces as well as Clan Heads.

By Now he was already in control of a significant chunk of the Empire's Clans and Companies.

How could it be when the Empire is as big as a Continent? Well, it was because the Capital held most of the Clans and Companies. After all, just the Capital itself consisted of around 7% Of the Entire Human Continent which was just obscenely huge.

No matter. If Draco was already in control of such a huge number of Clans why did he even need to wait for this meeting?

Obviously, it was to infiltrate those huge forces and the Army because it was very difficult to meet one of its members.

Unlike the Clans Draco managed to control, these Clans were part of the Hidden Clans a group of clans that had a legacy dating back to Millions of Years, they were those who controlled the Continent from the Sidelines and from Above.

Sure that was true, Until The Anomaly came and snatched everything from them and didn't even give them a chance to talk before smacking them down multiple times until they just shut their mouths and begged him to let them do their business which he agreed to because it wasn't for his own good to kill them when they had countless connections to those on the other side.

That's not to say that they had no plans on killing him now or when he got there but at least they were smart enough not to act when he was here.

They kept a good relationship on the front but they cooked thousands of deadly plans from their comfortable seats.

None of which worked Obviously...

The Meeting was held underneath a Colosseum that was situated on the far South of the Capital near the Beach.

The Meeting was grand the area was majestic and the air was sharp.

The representatives and even some leaders of Companies, Forces, The Celestial Academy, The Army, Noble, Royal, and Hidden Clans. Everybody was here. Even Draco of Course.

The Meeting today was of course about the Forest and what happened to it.

Draco was very much interested in what was going to happen since he didn't see any of the 3 who were left alive after his Conquest of the Forest but he could recognize some from their clans and factions from his memories.

The Leaders took their sweet time and the Meeting only began 1 hour after Draco came.

Everybody was silent, the circular room full of Influential Clans concentrated on a single being who was in the middle doing the talking.

Draco wasn't interested in any of this as he did his job of Controlling as many representatives and Leaders as he could before the end, and he was sure he was going to control every single one of them before the end of the meeting.

And that's what happened.

The Man on the Core of the Room looked at everybody, coughed, and started with a...

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I welcome every single one of you here to talk about the topic of the Forest.

"We all know that the Heart of the Forest has appeared and everyone here has sent at least one member of theirs to try their chance at gaining this glorious part of our Lovely planet for Humanity. However, We don't know what happened in the end as no one of those who were sent there to Claim the Heart returned with any news at all.

thus we request of you all to give us any Information you have about this subject.

"We can begin with the Direct Descendants as well as The Representatives of Forces and the Celestial Academy who had their esteemed EX-Ranks sent to accomplish this Mission. Please." and he stopped talking while looking at said representatives.

One Of The Representatives whose Royal Ancestor was one of the EX-Ranks Draco killed put on a poker face while being internally stressed to death.

'If they find out our Ancestor is dead, We're Screwed!' he thought.

The Middle Man who had an Affinity with Emotions looked at him and put on a light smile before he said.

"Would you like to begin, Oh Representative of the Royal Falcon Clan?"

'This Motherf-' Just as the Representative was about to curse and start thinking of a light to say, He lost all control over himself.

Yes! He was put under Draco's Strings.

The Puppet's emotions were also in check as Draco's String Affinity as well as his Puppeteering Affinity were both EX-Rank so his Control over his puppets was Perfect and Complete.

"Very Well." The Representative suddenly stood up in front of the entire 'World' and the Talksman was shaken by the sudden change in emotion the Royal Clan member just went through.

Draco didn't care about the Talksman or what he felt, he just made the Representative say what he wanted to say to create some chaos and finish his Conquest of the people in this room which wouldn't take much time anymore.

"From what we've come to know from our Esteemed Ancestor it seems that the Great Commander of our Empire has managed to snatch the Heart from the hands of Vampires, Demons, and Witches." was all he said.

"Demons?!"

"Vampires?!"

"What are the witches doing here in our continent?"

"Preposterous!"

"How dare they!"

"Lies! Our Commander has been missing for 3 days, we don't even know if he's alive or dead and you dare say that he got the Heart?!" One of the Representatives of the army stood up and shouted at the Royal Clan member who talked and everybody went silent.

"...." After a good period of utter silence, The Talksman finally got out of his stupor and did his job.

"Ladies and Gentlemen please calm down, we have a bigger matter at hand. It seems that an explanation is needed." He said as he looked at the Royal Clan Member.

By the time the Royal Clan Member talked, Draco already had half the room under his control including the Talksman who was the last to be added. Now, only the truly powerful and influential remained. Those that controlled a significant part or Area of the Empire, Namely every strong Clan but the Academy since Draco didn't want to have a bad relationship with them yet.

"How I dare say so you say? Well, it's because your Great Commander has gifted the Heart to our Great Empress Dowager as a proposal gift, Should you know this?" this was the last Draco said with the mouth of the Representative before the Representative sat down, Draco controlled everybody at once, and he dipped.

The Meeting after that? Utter silence and scheming.

One Question remained. A very important one. Why did Draco do all of this if he could just Control them to do what he wanted them to do?

Instead of saying what he said with the mouth of the Representative he could have just come, Controlled everybody, and left.

So Why?

It's because Draco is able to give back temporary control to his puppets allowing them to act without his interference.

He could even mess with their memories so they don't suspect anything regarding their earlier loss of control.

This... is more fun.

Now Instead of having to do everything on his own, he will let his puppets act autonomously and do their deeds after he seeped the chaos seed in.

What would happen now? After the meeting ended what was Draco going to do?

Of course, it was to start another round of Control. After the Representative went to their Forces Clans and Companies Draco was going to start Controlling them little by little until he was had control over every single Clan Head or Force leader and CEO.

The Meeting did last a bit after that but what actually happened was nothing but utter silence and everybody looking at each other and the Representative of the Royal Clan not knowing what the heck just happened.

The Talksman stood in his spot overwhelmed by the ugliest emotions on earth doing his best not to lose control over himself.

Then after everybody left the Meeting Draco was ready to start adding more puppets to his collection.

The First Representative went back to his clan and entered the Main building and after several checks - which Draco made good use of - He reached the Clan Head's room.

As the Clan Head asked many questions about what happened and went through several phases of surprise, shock, anger, and finally surrender, Draco had already planted his strings and left for another Clan.

Slowly but surely, Draco was having the Entire Great Empire within his palms without any problem whatsoever. Not knowing that the second he tamed the Great Empress Dowager Devania he had already won the challenge.

But, The Great Battle was yet to come, and would it also go as smoothly as this?

So guys, Today we are in the 22nd of June and I still haven't started on the 10 chaps I promised yet. And that's because, well many things didn't allow me to do so. But I promise you It shall be released next month.

This chapter is full and it consists of 1.8k because I messed up in its release and added an extra 300 words.

Anyway, It's been a while since I've talked here and I have a few things I want to ask and say.

How do you like the chapters, The way I write, and the Questions Answers method I do? This is a new way of writing I came up with unconsciously that is much much easier for me since it helps me speed up my writing.

But if the writing and chapter quality are any worse I can try other methods so we can have the best possible chaps.

How do you like Draco currently? What he does and the Arc? Many things are yet to come as we're still in the first phase of a many-phase plan and I can promise you that starting the second phase things will get spicier Demon Wise and Evil wise.

Anyway, I will try to write a second and possibly third chap today before tomorrow so we can be ahead of the game lol.

I wake up at like 2h30 before the Deadline and I have to write 1500 chaps because I can't do 2k since that needs well a better mentality.
