Chaos Evolution: Only I Was Granted 3 Wishes

Draco had already started the second as well as the third phase of his plans.

The second was to kill and devour the important members of the family and then use them for his 3rd phase which was to cause problems between their families.

The Heiress and Kent were just the first two of hundreds of Heirs and Clans.

Draco wasn't ending anytime soon, and he had many things he wanted to try out in mind.

Once, he used the body of a Clan Elder who was the 2nd most influential person in the Clan and made him kidnap young members of a Royal Clan then put them in an abandoned factory with a surface plan of 'selling them to slave traders'.

But Draco didn't fall that low... Yet.

The Royal Clan discovered the abandoned building before anything was made and they immediately went to war against the Clan.

The City was in turmoil as 6 Clans were at war with each other in the span of 2 days which had absolutely never happened before in the History of the Empire.

But Draco also knew where to stop as he waited for 3 whole days before acting on his 3rd phase once again.

But, this didn't mean he would stop, no. He used this time to work on slower strategies.

Like what, you say? Like the cooperation of multiple Clans against another group.

Draco could also just puppet control a scene of 10 Clans against each but he wanted to have as minimal a connection as possible.

He was just the devil lighting the fire and letting the Forest burn.

Draco had a map in mind and a goal to finish his 3rd phase completely by the 20th day.

That day would mark the point of no return for this Empire.

just to what extent would Draco go to drown the Empire in utter complete Chaos?

Indeed, How Crazy was Draco? How much of a Demon was the Chaos Anomaly?

Draco only had two reasons not to do something: One, He respected someone. Two, it was too risky. No other reason could stop Draco.

Morality? What's that? Cute? Is it delicious? Beautiful? Is it mine?

As simple as that. Draco was Heartless, Calm, Ruthless, and Cautious.

The Most Dangerous Kind of Evil!

While Draco was building up momentum for his next move, The Great Minds of the Human Continent were assembled in a closed Void Dimension only known to 7 people one of which was the Anomaly who was gone for now.

This assembly of the 7 Guardians was only theorized by people but nobody actually knew of it, because every single member of it was smart enough and accomplished enough to find his own way of staying immortal.

One thing should be known is that this Assembly was first formed by the Mythical Hero summoned by the Humans when the Demons were Dominating this Continent and the World of Portalia was still in its initial phases, right after the Era of Mythical Beasts the Beastmen regarded as their ancestors.

at this point in time, there was no Sole-Race-Continent, meaning that two races could have been living in a single while being in a hostile relationship. Unlike the elves and Dwarves who lived in cooperation and harmony together.

The Hero after successfully banishing the Demons with his Void magic went on to research the supernatural Energy named Mana and its magic.

With a little bit of luck, a lot of hard work, and even more dedication and discipline he had come to discover multiple marvelous properties of this Supernatural Phenomenon that is Magic and with its wonders could even limitlessly extend his lifespan or in other words permanently stop his aging.

Of course, it wasn't magic alone but even some Demon knowledge and his Void Affinity. All he had to do was set his Body in a state of Perfect Void and endless stability where no changes happened.

To function normally while in this form he had to either not use any other skill or remain in a Void Stable Dimension and that is what he did.

At first, it was only for the sake of his research and for him to reach the realm of Transcendents, but when he was close to 100% Understanding he had come to meet one guy he liked very much for his creativity, imagination, and ingenuity.

the two quickly hit it up became friends and lived together in the Void Dimension doing research.

None of them were married or had kids so it was just a researcher's life until they both became Transcendents.

In that period they had to wait to transfer, and they agreed to make Clones of themselves that would stay as EX-Ranks forever in this Continent, they would continue their research and their actual bodies would continue on their journey.

This was Millions of years ago, the two of them... Had died going up the Tower.

or so everybody thought aside from the other 5 that came later on who knew they were transported to Another World and already became Celestials.

The second guy who was a young lad when the Mythical Hero met him was interested in everything that was related to the mind, body, and soul.

He was the first human to manage to make a Device that would pinpoint one's Evolution because they're written in the soul and this would have been a World-Breaking discovery had the Mythical Hero not been a tooth-for-tooth fellow who gave nothing to anyone unless they gave him something first and if he paid his deeds he wouldn't hold any relation with anyone who he didn't find interesting and useful.

Thus, none of the things the 6 of them knew aside from The Anomaly, were known to the world. Not even Humans.

the only reason they stayed in the Human continent was because they were attached to it, and the reason they were assembled now was because when the Anomaly found them and joined their group, they agreed to protect it from anything that could threaten its order and existence when he wasn't there.

Nobody could do what Draco could, and that was choose what to Evolve into, This was an ability only an Omniscient Existence such as the System could do.

Speaking of the System, After Evolution, She formed an embryo, and Although Draco didn't know yet, she would soon come out of her screen to become an actual humanoid Spirit providing support for him. The question was... How would she be? Judgemental, Justice-Driven, or like Draco? It shall be known soon.

It was an unknown fact that the Anomaly used a little bit of advice, help, and ideas from the Guardians to create what he created, but, he was the genuine Creator nonetheless as even the other 6 were surprised at the stuff he managed to Create and accomplish.

Out of all of them, he was by far the most talented, and they knew little about him as he found them, talked to them, and forced them to accept him not by power but by sheer Usefulness and Talent.

Why didn't the Anomaly leave a clone when he went to the Prison? His mother was there, Duh! Why bother? So she annoys him every second?

He had his eyes and that's all he needed, and Security for the Empire? He had the strongest EX-Ranks as Guardians for his Empire.

But would these Strongest EX-Ranks be able to stop the threat at hand?

This was what they were discussing.

"Should we act?" Second, the young lad in a white scientist's coat sat at a round table and said while looking at The First.

He was a handsome fella with rich black hair and tan skin. Even after who knows how many Millions of Years he lived he still had a baby face and looked like a teenager.

"Uhm, This one seems Dangerous, he's Smart and Cautious, the type of bastard I hate. Tsk, reminds me of the Original Demon Sovereign, Glad I killed that Bastard for good and made his race extinct." First replied while remembering his old feats.

First looked like your typical Japanese MC having the name Touya further intensified his image as aside from him being a little smarter and more unique than most Japanese MCs in Draco's Home World, he was your normal handsome guy with black hair and a little older since he liked to keep his beard making him look wise and experienced.

"Don't talk like you took care of Demons for good, you rendered extinct one bastard 7 others popped out before him. At least, we didn't have to deal with them after you." Fifth who was reading a piece of paper even in this meeting said. Fifth was a bespectacled Middle-Aged man who looked like a serious University Science teacher, no further details were needed.
