Twelve Demon God Generals quietly sat around a round table, looking sad.

“There’s still no news about the Demon Lord.”

“I have sent people into the Heavenly Realm, but there’s no news at all.”

“After the Demon Lord appeared in the Heavenly Realm, we were unable to get any other news about him.”

“Alas… Where is he?”

The Demon God Generals shared the latest updates on their search for the Demon Lord.

The result was the same for everyone. No one could find the Demon Lord.

If the Demon Lord wanted to hide, it would be hard for anyone to find him.

Their search for the Demon Lord had been going on for over a century!

Finally, they had news about the Demon Lord, but they were still unable to find him.

The Demon God Generals felt disappointed and frustrated.

A burly and savage-looking man with a scar on his face said, “I heard the Lord Demon went to Tiandao Palace twice. Why don’t we fight our way into the Heavenly Realm and capture that old guy Wentian to interrogate him?”

“That will lead to another War of Immortals and Demons, you idiot! Do you think those people in the Heavenly Realm can't stop you?” a blonde woman said angrily. A golden light radiated from her fingers as she rolled her eyes.

“So what if we fight them? Why should we be scared? Are you afraid, Chi Huan? Aren't you famous for slicing heads off?” the burly man said sarcastically.

“Who’s scared? You must be joking! When you were just a baby, I already made a name for myself in the Heavenly Realm.”

It was unacceptable to be ridiculed as being weak or timid in the Demon Realm. It was no different from besmirching someone’s honor!

The moment Chi Huan heard Kuang Yin's sarcasm, her blonde hair stood straight from her head, and she stood up, wanting to fight him.

Kuang Yin immediately slammed the table, smashing it into smithereens, and stood up in fury.

The two of them glared at each other, and a fight was about to ensue.

The remaining people were completely unfazed.

This sort of thing often happened, so everyone was accustomed to it.

The guards reacted swiftly, like this was not their first rodeo, and replaced the table with a new one.

The woman was Yue Qingyou, the left guardian of the Demon Realm.

In the Demon Realm, her status was only second to the Demon Lord’s. Not only was she the left guardian, but she was even the current ruler of the realm.

She was in charge of many of the Demon Realm’s affairs.

During the Demon Lord’s absence from the Demon Realm, she ensured everything operated smoothly.

In terms of strength and status, she was far superior to the Thirteen Demon God Generals!

Yue Qingyou looked coldly at everyone present. She noticed an empty seat and frowned. “Where is Ye Tianshen? Why didn’t he attend the Demon God Meeting?”

“I heard he went to the Mortal Realm to look for clues about the Demon Lord’s whereabouts,” said a confident-looking woman with an aloof expression.

The woman had a flawless complexion and a cold expression without the slightest emotion in her eyes. She was holding a 6.5-foot long sword on her shoulder.

When Yue Qingyou heard that Ye Tianshen was out searching for the Demon Lord, the frown on her face eased up, and she ordered. “Tell him to come back. How could he be absent from our meeting?”

“No need. I’m already back. Greetings, Lady Left Guardian.” Ye Tianshen greeted Yue Qingyou respectfully as he walked out from the darkness on the other side.

“Ye Tianshen, don’t you know the importance of this meeting?” Yue Qingyou asked in annoyance.

She noticed the injury on his chest and frowned. “You’re injured.”

The others were equally surprised and looked over in disbelief.

Among the Thirteen Demon God Generals, Ye Tianshen was ranked number one and one of the best fighters in the Demon Realm.

They couldn’t remember the last time they saw him injured!

Ye Tianshen glanced at the wound on his chest and replied nonchalantly, “It's just a minor injury. I inflicted the punishment personally.”

“Punishment?” Yue Qingyou asked doubtfully.

Who in the Demon Realm was capable of demanding punishment from Ye Tianshen?

Ye Tianshen did not answer. Instead, he placed his hand on his chest and reported to Yue Qingyou, “Lady Left Guardian, I have found the Demon Lord!”

Huh?

In an instant, everyone looked at Ye Tianshen intently and stood up in excitement.

“What?! Did you see the Demon Lord?”

“Say it! Where is the Demon Lord?”

“How is the Demon Lord?”

“Has the Demon Lord returned?”

“Where did you meet the Demon Lord?”

People kept throwing questions at Ye Tianshen without giving him the chance to respond.

“Silence!” Yue Qingyou stood up and shouted for everyone to back down.

In the Demon Realm, Yue Qingyou was currently the only person who could intimidate the Thirteen Demon God Generals.

Yue Qingyou flashed in front of Ye Tianshen and looked at him intently. “Did you find the Demon Lord?”

“Yes!”

“Where is he?”

“He’s living in seclusion in the Mortal Realm.”

“In the Mortal Realm?” Yue Qingyou murmured.

The Demon Lord had been hiding in the Mortal Realm all this time.

Everyone looked at each other quizzically, not understanding why the Demon Lord had gone to the Mortal Realm.

“Then, where is the Demon Lord? Didn't he come back with you?” Yue Qingyou asked with displeasure and looked behind Ye Tianshen.

The same question ran through everyone’s heads.

“The Demon Lord didn’t come back with me,” Ye Tianshen replied helplessly.

“Even if you had to tie him up, you should've brought him back!” Yue Qingyou reproached angrily.

They finally had the Demon Lord’s whereabouts. If they gave him the chance to run again, who knew when they would find him again!

“I didn’t dare to go against the Demon Lord’s wishes,” Ye Tianshen said helplessly.

In the entire Demon Realm, no one else dared to speak of the Demon Lord in this manner other than Yue Qingyou.

His loyalty to the Demon Lord aside, he was no match for the Demon Lord!

Yue Qingyou knew this as well. She did not really blame Ye Tianshen. She was just worried and upset about missing this chance and not knowing when the Demon Lord would return.

“Tell me. Where is the Demon Lord? I will personally see him!” Yue Qingyou asked Ye Tianshen.

“Lady Left Guardian, he doesn’t want us to disturb him,” Ye Tianshen replied after a brief hesitation.

“Why?! Doesn’t the Demon Lord plan on returning?” Yue Qingyou clenched her fists angrily with disappointment on her face.

Since the Demon Lord had spoken, if she went in pursuit, it would be no different from disobeying him.

The other Demon God Generals lowered their heads sadly.

A smile emerged on Ye Tianshen’s face. “The Demon Lord hasn’t given up on us. Instead, he has something more important to do.”

“Something more important?”

“What could be more important than the Demon Realm?”

Everyone looked puzzled.

Ye Tianshen narrowed his eyes and smiled as he made a big announcement. “The Demon Lord is married!”
