“Poof!” Black Witch Monarch spewed out an inferno of flames - red with a tinge of gold.

The others didn’t sympathize since it wasn’t their home being destroyed.

“Show yourself!” The monarch pointed his wooden sword at the maelstrom.

“Is it finally coming out?” Monk Zhu observed without blinking just like the rest.

The others wanted to know whether this was a ghost or something else. Li Xian, on the other hand, wanted to see his ancestors and hoped their spirits didn’t turn evil.

“Far stronger than us.” Orchidcore couldn’t help but praise the monarch.

They went all out previously and were swiftly defeated after one move. On the contrary, the monarch’s bizarre methods forced it to come out.

“Bam!” A hand came out of the maelstrom.

“Whose hand is it?!” The princess yelled.

The hand suppressed them instantly even though they weren’t the targets. They felt as insignificant as insects, on the verge of being reduced to ashes.

“Rumble!” The hand crushed through everything including the gods and the demonic insects.

Although the monarch’s summons were heaven-defying, they stood no chance before the hand.

“Too strong!” The group couldn’t believe the hand’s dominance.

“Shit!” Black Witch Monarch himself nearly pissed his pants. He abandoned everything and ran for Li Qiye’s pavilion as his summons dispersed.

After a brief second, everything disappeared including the maelstrom and the hand.

“Still looking good.” Li Xian looked around and saw only minor damage to the already abandoned buildings.

“Damn, almost lost my life if I didn’t react fast enough.” The monarch patted his chest and still looked pale with fear.

“An exaggeration.” Li Qiye sipped his tea.

“This ghost is too strong, I haven’t seen anything like this in a long time. A monarch among ghosts.” He said.

“Truly mighty.” The princess agreed with him this time.
