“Old Ruin was a broken place so how could Bodhi Ancestor be buried here? He should be buried in Life and Death Heaven.” Li Xian said.

“Amitabha, indeed.” Monk Zhu placed his palms together and said: “Bodhi Ancestor has a deep connection with Life and Death Heaven, hence their full support during his ascension. Even if he had failed, he wouldn’t be sent down here.”

“I wholeheartedly agree, he should not be in Old World, and especially not Old Ruin. Desolate Frontier is more plausible.” Princess Chen said.

“Not in our place.” Mu Hu scratched his head.

“That does explain some things.” Li Xian murmured. Life and Death Heaven could have killed it back then instead of sealing it.

“The masters who descended... I believe they were Skyflame Phoenix and Iron-sword Maiden’s group. Killing Yesha shouldn’t have posed an issue.” Li Xian said.

“So what should we do?” Princess Chen asked.

“Hehe, we can excavate Bodhi Ancestor’s remains.” The monarch winked at them.

“You’re joking, right? If you want to die, don’t drag us down with you too!” Princess Chen nearly jumped from fear.

“And I thought you bunch were brave enough to die in battle, where did this courage go?” The monarch complained.
