The footsteps were light and fast, circling around them. Both Max and Lily raised their guards immediately.

If the enemy was too strong, it would make players easily give up and make the game not fun. But, if the enemy was also too weak, it would make the game boring.

In a survival game like this, the fun lay in looting and building a base as well as surviving the enemies' attack.

As much as they were grotesque, creepy, and even bordering disgusting, those enemies were what made this game fun. Of course, there were some surprising and scary moments, but those were also fun.
