Max left the hotel after the meeting. He told Michael that he'd like to do a vlog stream, and the suited man allowed it as long as he didn't say anything about the ads until the short video was released. He was also warned not to get into trouble with locals or security.

Understanding those warnings, he wore a jacket because the air in Paperful City was a bit colder than Lime City, even though it was spring. This city was located in elevation higher than most cities in the United Nations, and that was the reason behind the cold.

Even so, this was a beautiful city that one wanted to visit. Having a vacation in this place, which had mountain ranges in the distance, probably was one of the best plans someone ever had. That was if they had not chosen VR over IRL beauty.

Setting his stream and connecting it to his new camera, he started it immediately.

Various questions appeared in the chat at once when the stream was on. Max still held the action camera before letting it go, setting it to show his face in the stream as he walked aimlessly. The camera followed suit, hovering ever so slightly in the air.

He smiled at it and greeted his viewers first.

"Good evening! Hahaha, there are various reasons. Yes, I am in Paperful City and will walk around tonight. Why didn't I stream this morning? It's because, unfortunately, I need to prepare for this trip. And I am here not for vacation but for business.

Still, I thought streaming would be nice, so I did it!"

All questions were answered at once. He skillfully led the conversation away so the chat didn't ask what business he had in Paperful City tonight by facing the camera toward the sky.

His face filled half of the screen, but the camera lens could still beautifully capture the light show in the sky. Currently, the drones were moving and creating something like waves.

"Look at that. The drones are dancing in the sky. It looks beautiful, isn't it? I wonder how they control the drones to make it so precise."

The lights in the sky changed into a green one. Some drones rose, and some got closer to the ground. When they were done, a certain character that looked similar to a rabbit wearing a butterfly tie could be seen.

Following that, it changed into a red cat with a blue hat. It looked pretty cute, and the viewers seemed to recognize the character.

— What the…? Grass Rabbit and Cat Hat just showed up

"Where do they come from? Also, you can pay money to make an image in the sky with those drones?" Max asked the chat.

That was pretty cool. That meant there was a drone operator somewhere in the city that programmed them.

— But for letters, it's only $20 for 10 seconds. It's cheaper without a character as it uses less drones

— Yeah, character is more expensive; you can also do letters.

— Breeze, keep the camera steady, and look behind you. I have a surprise

Reading the chat, Max wondered why one viewer said to look behind. He did so nonetheless, for a fan service, and he saw something surprising.

At the right moment, the drone moved once again. Their lights changed to white, and they made letters. Starting from B, they proceeded to create R, E, E, Z, and E.

"Breeze…" He muttered when he watched the light show.

Many drones moved around the letters, giving them glowing effects. They disappeared after 10 seconds and imitated aurora borealis.

"My name?" He exclaimed. "Did you guys do this?"

Starting from that, some sort of competition was ignited between the chat. The drone that had become aurora borealis earlier moved once again. They clustered together to show a masked face—the words Breeze could be seen under the masked character.

It was his Midnight Heist's thief character, an unassuming white-masked man.

"Guys… Thank you for the donation, skeleton. But you don't need to do that... Also, who paid and asked for my Midnight Heist's character?"

After 10 seconds, the character changed into a real human, resembling a knight in full metal plate armor. The letters Breeze were still written under the character.

Max held off his sigh as someone who was given this wonderful gift. Why didn't they just donate the money they used for the light show directly to him? That would've been better!

But then, the characters in the air changed again. This time, it formed many small letters in a box, saying, 'Secret?'

No one would be confused about what that meant, but based on what was shown in the sky a few times before, he could connect this with his streaming. His viewers wanted to know his secret.

"Fine. To think you guys would do this to me..." He said, letting out a long sigh. Once again, they could've just asked directly in chat or through donations!

'I don't know why they love to spend money on useless stuff like that.'

So far, Max never wasted any of his money, so he couldn't understand them. Maybe in the future when his situation was better, he would be similar to them. But still, he couldn't see the future where he spent money to create a custom 10-second light show.
