Her Husband is My Lover

"You know, I heard from your mother that, Loving someone more than yourself and not having them in your life hurts you the most..." Rose said making Xavier look at her.

"Rose..." Xavier called again making her smile.

"Would you like to go further with your feelings if you didn't married me?" Rose asked making Xavier take a deep breath.

"I don't know..." Xavier answered as he sighed.

"Well then... Would you like to date her if we are not together anymore?" Rose asked making Xavier frown at her.

"I don't really understand why are you asking all these right now?" Xavier asked making Rose shrug.

"I just want to know if... You still want to date her or not... Or you know... Dream about her?" Rose asked as she looked into his eyes.

"Do you want me to be honest with you?" Xavier asked making Rose nod her head with a small smile.

"Yes." Rose answered.

"Do you think, you can handle the truth?" Xavier asked making Rose smile as tears rolled in her eyes but she still nodded her head in yes.

"Yes..." Rose answered and Xavier sighed.

"Well... Yes... I would have tried to date her... But... I don't think it will be possible anymore..." Xavier replied as he took a deep breath making Rose frown at her.

"What do you mean by it's not possible anymore?" Rose asked with a curious look making Xavier chuckle.

"It's just not possible anymore..." Xavier answered as he shrugged with a smile making Rose frown deeply.

"Don't you want to tell me about it?" Rose asked making Xavier smile at her.

"I don't think, it's time for you to tell you Anything about this... Maybe, you will know one day... But not now..." Xavier answered with a smile and Rose looked into his eyes. As she kept looking into his eyes, she saw tears rolled in his eyes which made her frown but he looked away from her eyes and took a deep breath

"I am sleepy... I will go to bed now! Thank you for the dinner. It was tasty!" Xavier said and Rose smiled at him as she took the glass bowl from him. 

"Thank you and you're welcome!" Rose replied and Xavier smiled at her and then walked away from her. 

Rose just stood there as she looked at the disappearing figure of Xavier inside. 

She sighed with a frown because she wanted to know more about Valentina but she couldn't from Xavier... And she wanted to know what Xavier was really talking about? 

And then, she realised that, Valentina once said to her that, Edward, her father was Blackmailing Xavier and married him with her forcefully...

Maybe, he married her without love... And he was forced to marry her. 

She knows that, Xavier had married her by someone's force but she had never asked her dad that with what Xavier had agreed to married and how did her father has forced him to marry her? 

And is it true about Blackmailing? 

She wants to know every single thing that her Dad did with Xavier... 

She was not at all interested to know before about what her Dad is doing or how did he managed to make Xavier marry Rose... 

All she cared was how to take revenge on Valentina... And she found only one way to take this revenge and that is marry Xavier. 

Because the only closet person to Valentina is Xavier and Rose is sure that if she marries Xavier then Valentina will surely hate him... And they both become apart from each other. 

Because, Valentina hates Rose a lot... And she will not let anyone near her who got closer to Rose.

And Rose is sure that Valentina feel betrayed if Rose did this and just like that, she would also have fun in her life... With what Xavier has... 

That is why, she tried to get close to Jason to make him get away from Valentina. As he is close to her, she thought that she can easily snatch him away from Valentina too... But Rose saw that Jason is not the one for her... But she still tried to chat with him and tried to flirt with him but he kept his distance with Rose as much as he could... And that is how, she lost track on him... 

If not, she would have made Valentina feels betrayed again and left her with none... 

But right now, Rose feels bad for doing this... And making Valentina suffer...

With Xavier's words, she can easily imagine what Valentina had went through... And it was impossible to make a stand in front of the shareholders and give them a counter back just like that at that young age but Valentina did it and right now, after listening this near Xavier, Rose feels so proud of Valentina because she took a stand for herself... And her father's prestige. 

Even though, without knowing anything about bussiness... She still did a great job in making trust worthy people around her and reach the company in heights again... 

And Rose felt really, really bad that she had to lose an amazing friend like Valentina in her life. If she would have been understanding at that time, then maybe... She and Valentina would have been a great friends till now... 

But, she was jelaous... Jelaous of nothing... Jealous of just some time which costed her career for Rose... 

A tear rolled down from her eyes as she thought about her life...

"I am mess... Finally!" Rose said as she took a deep breath.

"I have ruined my life and also, I have ruined other's lives in this too just because of my jealousy!" Rose said as another tear falls down from her eyes as she sighed. 

"I wish, I had realized my mistake before I get married to Xavier... But hence... Things would never go as we planned.... Do they?" Rose asked herself as she wiped off her tear from her cheek and she took a deep breath as she looked at the dark shy and relaised what Xavier had said her about the Beauty of darkness.
