Chapter 895: The Brully—Leukeu
Chapter 895: The Brully—Leukeu
Nature-Spirit Smith!
It was the Nature imbued in the Spirit Weapon-in the shape of a hammer-that Inala wielded. It was created using the mineral that composes a Brully's Spirit Container-Billakin. The function of Spirit Smith was to create a Spirit Weapon out of any mineral, as long as one had enough understanding regarding the cultivation technique required to build a Human Avatar out of the respective mineral.
For Inala to grow, he couldn't depend on the Royal Zinger's accumulations. The bias of the Royal Zinger would steer the current Inala in a different direction that what he sought. Currently, he was a mere child, and as a child, he had to explore things himself and then figure out what he wanted from that.
As a result, other than using the Major Treasure of Weapon to create the hammer, Inala didn't plan on using it for anything else. Only when he was on the verge of death would he use it. Until then, he planned to rely on his current strength to solve things through.
All he had at the moment was brute strength and a body that could take a plethora of punishment without collapsing. 'Well, isn't that the joy of adventure?'
State of Unity!
That was Inala's goal, which he planned to attain through the Brully build. With that goal in mind, he planned to visit various places, learn things, and using his learnings to elevate his build closer to his goal.
Even though Inala didn't have a Secondary Nature, he knew that the Brully's hands would be where a Secondary Nature would manifest. And hence, he was simply using the hammer to rapidly hit his hands and see what was happening.
The hammer was his Spirit Weapon, even if it had been condensed using the Major Treasure of Weapon. Therefore, it didn't raise any suspicion in the eyes of the Wean Clansmen. After all, every Pranic Beast race had a Spirit Weapon.
For some, it was to treat the product of their Nature as a Spirit Weapon while for others, it was to treat a body part as one. Most Pranic Beasts fell under the former category. Rare Pranic Beasts, such as Brully, fell in the latter.
Currently, Inala used the Major Treasure of Weapon to create the Billakin hammer. But it was something every Brully was capable of performing naturally, after reaching maturity, that is. And upon creating their Spirit Weapon, they spent most of their time not fighting to hammer away at their hands.
Through repeated hammering, they were able to change the shape of their hands, and also give it the properties of a mineral of their choice. Inala simply used a shortcut to cut into the sequence, since he had the Major Treasure of Weapon.
After reaching maturity, a Brully became capable of manifesting its Billakin Spirit Weapon, following which it would begin reshaping its hands, eventually hammering in a foreign mineral into the weapon parts of its hands.
A Brully was capable of controlling three Spirit Weapons. A mind-path Brully could control all three simultaneously, but Inala couldn't do that, since his Primary Nature fell under the body path. Currently, as Cyclic Stability dictated, the Spirit Container of his active set had a hundred percent psychokinesis efficiency when controlling a Spirit Weapon.
The second set's Spirit Weapon had a fifty percent efficiency, since the set worked at the same amount. The third Spirit Weapon won't take action, since that set was in a state of rest.
But as long as this third set's Spirit Weapon was something like an Enrino's Satellite, it can work nonstop, since to function, it only needs a supply of Prana, which was achievable in a state of rest. Therefore, as long as Inala plans well, he could maintain three Spirit Weapons at all times.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
The first Spirit Weapon would move to his dominant hand, the second to the less dominant hand, and the final Spirit Weapon would fly around the Brully body. This was based on his initial understanding. But there were plenty to learn about the race of Brully, which is why Inala experimented.
Raising the Billakin hammer, he slammed into the axe blade of his left hand, watching how the Prana within both contact surfaces reacted upon impact.
Mystic Sumatra Art!
Pranic Beasts didn't have to use a cultivation technique, since their physical bodies themselves were capable of performing everything a cultivation technique offered. Iron Grade Pranic Beasts didn't have the sentience to do everything, but from the Silver Grade onwards, Pranic Beasts had zero necessity to use a cultivation technique.
Spirit Weapons and Information Slips innately came to them. Most of the cultivation techniques on Sumatra were either incomplete or not developed extensively. They were inferior to the characteristics of Pranic Beasts.
Only Mystic Grade cultivation techniques were different, since their functions were powerful enough to be on par with a Nature. Therefore, having a Mystic Grade cultivation technique was no different from having an extra Nature.
The Quip Clan used Mystic Royal Art, which made both their Pranic Beast and human forms their natural states. That was its function. It was of tremendous use to the Quip Clan.
But conversely, it wasn't that useful to the Royal Zinger, which was a Pranic Beast. Mystic Royal Art was based on the Royal Zinger's characteristics. As the first of its kind, the Royal Zinger was an unstable Pranic Beast, as it had been created through a combination of genetic information.
That was why Mystic Royal Art was a necessity for Inala. However, future versions of the Royal Zinger could progress through the Life Stage and even switch grades without experiencing a collapse, even with the Minor Treasure of Royal Stabiliser and Mystic Royal
Art.
The various Skills used by Inala would be something future Royal Zingers could unleash as if they were breathing. Inala simply hadn't lived long enough as a Royal Zinger to reach that point. And having lived as a Mammoth Clansman for two 35 years before becoming a Royal Zinger, using a cultivation technique to unleash skills became his logic.
Just as how the Royal Zinger didn't need Mystic Royal Art, the Celestial Boar didn't need Mystic Sumatra Art. Both were Mystic Grade Pranic Beasts, and hence, their physical characteristics surpassed even a Mystic Grade cultivation technique in terms of performance.
They were Pranic Beasts, while the rest that followed them, even if at the Mystic Grade, like Barla, required a cultivation technique, for they were Clansmen.
But a Brully was only a Gold Grade Pranic Beast. Hence, Mystic Sumatra Art was pretty useful for Inala. With that in mind, every time he hammered his left hand with the Billakin Hammer, Inala activated Mystic Sumatra Art.
The Billakin Hammer interacted with the bladed edge of the left hand's axe, causing sparks while occasionally spurting blood. His right hand was a claw, making it easy to hold tools. Inala planned to turn his left hand the same too, for he felt they were better.
Claws were more versatile than weapons, since they allowed him to wield tools. While observing the changes, Inala was steadily converting his axe-head warhammer left hand into
a claw.
Clang!
"We're here," RoloVentara said with dark circles under his eyes, staring at Inala as if he were a pain, "Can't you stop it, at least for now."
"Yes, definitely!" Inala nodded and got up, retracting the Billakin Hammer as he dusted his hands. There was just the hammerhead on his left. The axe head had been successfully removed. Now, even if he were to chop off the hand, the one regrowing in its place would only
be a hammer.
'After a year of nonstop hammering, it has become better.' Inala sighed. He had to first treat
his hands as a Spirit Weapon, and then slowly change it by considering the flesh, bones, etc. within as a mineral each. Then, like creating a Spirit Weapon, he had to slowly change them one after another while thinking of a cultivation technique for each.
Mystic Sumatra Art helped make it easier, since it was a universal cultivation technique. Therefore, Inala didn't have the headache of creating suitable techniques for each body part of his left hand. All he had to focus was on the hammering aspect.
That's why he was confident in removing the hammer in a year and then reshaping it into a
claw in a year or two. The overall process would only take him four to five years, which was nothing in comparison to the past where a Brully spent anywhere from a century to two for the same.
A Brully only changed its hands when it felt they were lacking for its battle tendencies. Otherwise, they lived with the set of hands they had at birth until their end.
Inala's mind had already adjusted itself into being a Brully. Currently, he was a Brully, through and through. That was why he couldn't sit still and wanted to do something, anything, during the train journey.
Originally, RoloVentara wanted to knock him out. But even after doing that, Inala was fine, since his second set of organs took charge. And by the time RoloVentara knocked out Inala a third time, the first set of organs had already finished recovering thanks to the Brully's Gold
Grade Prana.
Therefore, Inala was extremely annoying to them, which was why RoloVentara gave in at the end and allowed Inala to hammer away his time.
"Are all of them this annoying?" The dark circles under his eye had deepened as RoloVentara
finally felt relief once their railway reached its end, 'I don't have to hear that bloody sound
ever again!'
"Let's go, Leukeu." DaraBuntara patted Inala after tying up the latter's hands.
"Leukeu? Is that my name?" The Brully tilted its head.
"Yeah, it means relentless in our language." DaraBuntara nodded, "So, I thought of naming
you as such, since it was annoying to address you as just a Brully."
"I feel you're the most annoying even amongst your kind."
"Well, I'll accept the praise." Inala shrugged casually, "Leukeu it is, then."
"How do you not know its meaning when you know our language?" DaraBuntara's eyes
widened in surprise, "And how did you learn it in the first place?"
"A Silver Grade Pranic Beast taught it to me." Inala said casualy.
"What Pranic Beast was it?" DaraBuntara asked.
"Don't know, didn't ask." Came the reply from Inala.
"Where is it now?" DaraBuntara felt a headache.
"Ate and shat it ages ago," Inala replied.
