Slack-jawed and confused as fuck, Lady Mu cracked the ground beneath her. Seething with both rage and frustration, she didn't know any better way to release her pent-up emotions.

"If Lucifer is this strong already, then soon he will…" A foreboding feeling welled up within Lord Xiao's heart as he had an extremely bad inclination about what was to come.

"We must not allow the boy to become any stronger than he is right now! We will go and take care of him ourselves! Furthermore, we will be bringing the Chasm Kings from the deepest trenches of God's Chasm!"

Lady Mu's eyes changed from astonished to flabbergasted, as she never would've expected her husband to take such drastic measures!

"If we go through with this and are unable to control the Chasm Kings by the end of the 2-hour mark, you do know what will happen, right…?" She asked.

Staring into the two black irises of his wife, Lord Xiao's aura spiked up in ferocity, and he said, "I am completely aware of what will happen. And that is why I have decided that it would be best if we left the Elemental Nations altogether. As we both know, the Elemental Nations are just a tiny island off the shore of the Azure Archipelago.

And with the unchaining of the Chasm Kings, the Elemental Nations will forever vanish from the face of the map. Which is why…"

"We must run." Lady Mu finished her husband's sentence, an intrigued glint forming in her gaze. "If this happens, and the Chasm Kings kill Lucifer and Li Yan, then the Forbidden Technique will go through without a hitch, and we will finally breakthrough!"

Hugging her husband in excitement, Lady Mu couldn't wait for the breakthrough that was to come!

They would be breaking through to the Soul Transformation Realm! After so many hundreds of years stalling in the Half-Step Soul Transformation Realm, their breakthrough was right there in front of them!

As his father and mother were plotting his and his sister's deaths, Lucifer was currently in the midst of explaining to a goth midget that abandoning her was not even part of the equation for him.

"You promise…?" Tears at the corners of her big blue eyes and a strained expression, Li Yan looked to her brother for confirmation.

Glancing at the short girl sitting on his thigh while hugging his robes, Lucifer heaved a soft sigh before saying, "Yeah, yeah, I promise. Now, can we please leave this city? I can tell that I am not welcome here…"

Turning his piercing gaze up from the outside umbrella table they were sitting at, Lucifer could see at least two dozen beast people scrutinizing every aspect of his existence.

Getting just about sick and tired of the bugs who couldn't mind their own business, he shouted, "What da hell are you big fat, fuzzy bastards looking at!? Trying to pick a fight or something!?"

Appearing like a gangster with the crooked sneer and massive sword over his shoulder, Lucifer really felt like knocking some heads around today!

Being in the middle of a shopping district, outside a small cafe, Lucifer with his blood-red eyes and the giant bear became the center of attention. Therefore, the stares they received were only natural.

Most people actually thought that the tall, handsome man was some sort of demon king and the bear beside him was his demonic beast…

A lot of people had already called the patrolling officers on these clearly suspicious people. But by the time they arrived, the 'suspicious people' were already gone…

Materializing atop a mountaintop within the borders of the Nature Nation, Lucifer slowly took the small, girly hand away from his mouth. "You really don't want me to hurt those people, huh?" he asked.

"Yes, don't hurt the big fuzzy people… Can hurt the others…" Li Yan vehemently shook her head, making her stand on the matter abundantly clear. "They have fuzzys, others not fuzzy… Can loot those."

"Ahh… You are a sucker for cute, fluffy things, huh?"

Becoming a tad bit embarrassed at this question, Li Yan hid her head within Big Bro's long raven, black hair…

"Kuk. Fine, I will leave the beast people alone, but as for the others… heh…"

Speaking in unison, both brother and sister had their eyes shine with greed-

Suddenly feeling an immense presence erupt from somewhere to the east, Lucifer shot his head in that direction and saw something completely out of this world…

Sprouting up and expanding like a blackened cloud of death, the area between the Fire and Water Nations was entirely covered up by an atomic explosion!

"Well, shit…" Watching the aftereffects of the atomic explosion slowly spread toward their location, Lucifer's expression became a bit awkward. "It does appear that I have elicited the anger of my parents…"

Even though he wasn't keen on what exactly was just released from its seal, he knew a sealing formation unchainment when he saw one.

Lost in thought, Lucifer forgot about the residual effects of an absurdly powerful atomic explosion heading straight for him…

By the time he recalled the severity of the situation, Lucifer shifted his head toward a mountain range in the distance.

FWIP!

Teleporting there in an instant, he looked toward all edges of the mountains and activated his Mind Cultivation Technique. Of course, this technique was Mind Fuck.

Being a multifarious technique, it had a wide array of applicable uses. And one of those uses just so happened to be an advanced version of telekinesis.

FWAZIP!

Mind Fucking the mountains, Lucifer forced them to bend and defy the laws of physics, and with a slight pushdown of his hands, the mountains stretched out and touched tips above his head.

Creating a massive dome of earth around him and Li Yan, Lucifer also made sure to stack the Metal, Crystal, and Earth Elements as an outer layer of the mountain dome.

Making use of his 6th Order Mystic Confluence Physique and his natural affinity for the elements, this was done quite easily.

Finishing up the last touches on the impermeable fortress, Lucifer also created a small thatch house. Taking Li Yan into this simple yet sophisticated house, he then sat down on a couch seat right beside her.

"So, you like to watch TV or what?"

"TV…?"

"Ahh, yeah, my bad… Hmm… Do you like moving pictures…?"

"Pictures…?"

'Even though they have magic cameras and photos in this world, I forget that Li Yan lived a rather 'sheltered life'; thus, she doesn't know about many things that kids her age typically know of…'

Patting the short, goth midget on the head, Lucifer looked straight ahead and said, "Look at this, short stuff."

Using the Elements of Illusion and Hypnosis, he conjured up a blue, illusory screen and utilized perfect memory replication in order to transmit pieces of his memories to the screen.

Playing a movie about a big green man that lives in a swamp, Lucifer and Li Yan lounged in their homemade bunker, waiting for the atomic explosion of death to pass overhead.

The Chasm Kings.

They were existences that had been around since the creation of the Elemental Nations, and they were said to have been discovered in these lands by the founding ancestors of the Elemental Nations.

Devouring the very essence of the earth in order to progress their cultivation further into the Soul Transformation Realm, they were deemed to be invalid existences by the founding ancestors.

Originally, the founding ancestors planned to kill them all and be done with it. But the strength of the Chasm Kings proved to be too great; therefore, the founding ancestors decided it was best to just seal them and leave the seal keys in the hands of their descendents.

With time, those keys were scattered across the Elemental Nations, many not even seeing the Royal Capitals of the countries…
