In an instant, the Lightning Lunatic's stalwart figure exploded into a billion different meat chunks. Then, with the force of the attack too much for his body to contain, it blew past his body in the form of violently fluctuating air waves!

The residual effects of the skadooche caused avalanches to fall from the surrounding mountain ranges. With natural causes on their side, the mountains fully crumbled and broke apart.

With an expression emulating all the troubles on his mind, he collapsed to the ground and lost all the previous dominance that he once had. Nothing seemed to matter anymore… Such strength was beyond anything he could hope to match…

"You know, father. What the floaty screen dictates as my Battle Power is actually quite a ways off the mark. Do you know why this is?"

While strolling over to his father with a playful expression, Lucifer asked a question that left the Devilduke even more confused than he was before.

"What I'm trying to say is that even though the screen says I have a Battle Power in the Half-Step Nascent Soul Realm. That is only assuming that the opponent I'm battling is of the 'Average' of his power class. You see, what I'm trying to say is that you and that Lightning Douche are not even average, lol."

Lucifer seemed to find their approximation quite funny. After all, even if the Devilduke and the Lightning Lunatic weren't injured and exhausted, they would still stand no chance against him.

"So, father, what have you been slacking on as of late? Not taking enough of the blue pill? Or maybe you have neglected your techniques?"

Being mocked like this by his son angered Lord Xiao greatly. But in the end, he was helpless to do anything about it….

A sigh escaped his mouth, and he asked, "What is it that you want from me, devil? My money…? My status? My power?"

Lucifer found this question quite interesting; thus, he slowly approached his father, hanging his sword over his shoulder like some sort of hooligan.

Beside him, there was a short goth girl. She followed every step he took, seemingly acting like some sort of copycat.

"Say, da hell are you doing, Li Yan?" Lucifer stopped his advance in order to ask this question.

"You got the name right… But still rude…"

That was all the words traded between the two of them before Li Yan ignored the dum dum.

However, she still made sure to walk right along beside him…

Lucifer heaved a sigh before looking toward his father. Answering the question Lord Xiao asked just a second ago, he said, "What I want from you is none of the things you mentioned. Instead, what I want from you is the loot you can provide."

"The loot I can provide…?"

Lord Xiao seemed to become more and more perplexed with everything that the devil told him.

"I don't understand-"

His puzzled voice was interrupted by the sound of multiple objects hitting the ground.

Upon focusing on the cause of this disturbance, Lord Xiao's eyes widened in horror and disbelief. After all, what he saw were the heads of his wives and his children!

There were even the heads of all the Supreme Elders and Grand Elders, only adding up to a total of hundreds of decapitated heads!

Under the disbelieving eyes of Lord Xiao, Lucifer leaned up against the small mountain of bodies. "So, how do you like my gift for you?" He asked.

His smile was beyond devilish, and with the apathetic goth girl standing to his side, Lucifer truly started to look like the devil incarnate!

"You… Just who are you!? What was the purpose of doing all of this!? What did the Devildukes ever do to you!?"

The Devilduke started to shout in a delirious tone, pointing at the devil with an accusatory stance.

"Hey! There is no need to get so hostile with me, father! After all, we are on the same side!"

"Same side!? How are we on the same side, you devil!?" Lord Xiao bellowed, his hand going for the massive great sword on his back.

SHING!

"How are we on the same side, you ask? Well, of course it is because you will become my loot, so that means we're on the same side! Same team, samsies!"

Lucifer already had his sword back in its sheath by the time that the damage registered for the Devilduke.

"Y-You…-"

Without even being able to get out his last words, the Devilduke's body exploded into a large number of meat chunks!

Thereafter, Lucifer received a number of system notifications. One was from Lord Xiao, while the rest were from the last of the experts from both the Water Nation and Devilduke Family.

All in all, everyone from both of the major factions had been disposed of, had their bodies thrown into the 'Loot Chasm', and then stashed away for the Winter Season.

And if Lucifer's speculations were correct, then Winter was rapidly approaching…
