Chapter 64 - Apology Visit 2

CHAPTER 64
The door to the living room pushed open, revealing a young and dashing young lady dressed in a casual wear of jean shorts and a simple loosed blouse with her hair packed up in a bun.
Following the line of Xander's gaze, Jenny eyes landed on the person he was talking about. Her eyes widened in surprise and she felt betrayed just watching her step foot into her living room.
Macy took the courage she had held onto and took another step into the living room. She knew that all eyes were on her and it only made her feel nervous.
Jade followed closely behind her and when she noticed that Macy stopped moving, unable to take the next step forward, she lightly pressed down on the small of her back and whispered words of encouragement to her.
Second passed and it seemed like nothing was going to change but Macy moved her right foot forward and proceeded further into the living room.
Soon she came standing face to face with Jenny and her eyes dropped. She had mentally prepared herself for this and there was no going back after this.
Jade walked in with her t unlike Macy, she stopped at the side of one of the cushions in the living room. Xander had his eyes set on her ever since Macy stepped into the living room.
He sure was enjoying the view he was seeing as she was wearing a similar outfit to that of Macy's but unlike Macy's top, hers was a fitted tank top with a light netty jacket trhat draped down to her hips.
She looked particularly beautiful and Xander seemed to have forgotten the reason why they were there and just stared and mouthed sweet nothings to her.
Jade could barely hear what he was saying but one thing she knew was that, now wasn't the time for such and that he needed to concentrate on the matter was at hand.
She moved her eyes and tried to give him a cue that he needed to speak at the very least or was he just going to leave Macy like that.
As if on cue and getting what Jade was saying, Xander cleared his throat but did not peel his eyes off of Jade as he continued.
"Jenny, this is Macy and she is here to talk to you. I would leave you two to talk while the rest of us would excuse ourselves and be somewhere or anywhere around."
With that said, Xander got up fromj mhis seat and walked up to Jade and pulled her with him to the kitchen. Jadxe wanted to protest at first and not go but what was her strength in comparison to Xanders.
Apparently thye lattyer succeeded and pulled her with hium to the kitchen. Jay followed after and went to seat with Sky in the dining, giving his friend the moral support he could give.
Up till that moment, Sky had not stopped calling Jenny and even when she blocked his line, he got another sim card and called her with it.
She also blocked that one after he disturbed her phone with it and he was left with the third and last seem that Jay had given him.
This time around he just did not call but loaded her phone text message with his words of apology and sweet love.
He was sincere, she knew that but it did not change the fact that he had hurt her and she justr wanted to make him suffer first before she listened to what he wanted to say.
"Hi, my name is Macy and I just want to apologize to you for what I did."
"Give me one reason why I should listen to you and accept your apology?" Jenny spoke out of the blue.
Macy let out a soft sigh and then looked up so that her eyes could lock in on Jenny from where she sat.
"I know you can choose not to forgive me but I am not here for myself." Jenny raised her brows. Not here for yourself? Then who was she here for? Did she want to take Sky again?
Jenny was already becoming irritated just by hearing her words.
"In my defense, I know it doesn't matter though as the deed had been done but I never knew he had a girlfriend. If I did know he was involved, I would never had done such a thing. Regardless though, the deed had already been done and I felt I owed it to you to apologize."
Jenny stood up from her seat and stood straight. She did not like the intimidating angle at which Macy looked at her from and it only made her feel short.
"I do not accept your apology," Jenny spat out sharply.
Macy closed her eyes briefly then reopened them. "Okay, then please do not."
"What!"
Both Sky and Jay who had their ears wide open top their discussion, opened their eyes in shock from what they were hearing.
Wasn't she there to seek her forgiveness? Then why was she…
Oh boy. Jay could not understand her thinking anymore and wondered how on earth Macy was going to get on Jenny's good side if she acted that way.
"Pardon?" Jenny asked when Macy did not help her recall what she heard.
"I said please do not accept my apology or forgive. I do not think I deserve it but one thing I would wish you would accept is his apology opr my apology on his behalf. Sky never did anything to hurt you, neither did he initiate that kiss. I did."
"Why should I believe you?"
"Because the shop as a CCTV footage and Xander and I checked it," Jay chipped in loudly from where he was seated.
"You can hurt me if you wish but please do not take it out on Sky. He does not serve this. If there is anything, Sky loves you so much and he had not been himself since that day and I hate to see him, like that, knowing fully well that I caused it."
Her words felt like more fuel added to the raging fire inside of Jenny.
