Chapter 64 - Prince Of Fotia
-Kingdom of Fotia-
Prince Zarius prefers that all the Gods live in peace and the Kings rule their respective territories according to the division of their ancestors.
According to the story Zarius read in the library about the God Realm, Zarius knew that once upon a time all these realms lived in peace. However, it was because of his father that everything became chaotic. Because of King Feu'er's greed, because of his now-decided ambition towards his younger brother, Felius.
Zarius regretted the cruel actions of his father and sister. If only he could have warned the two of them, Zarius would have done just that. However, it was not as easy as he thought.
Telling King Feu'er not to continue the mission of mastering the God Realm was a mistake. And Zarius would be punished for being a traitor if he did that. So, all Zarius could do all this time was just keep quiet.
Zarius had read this book about the ins and outs of the God Realm. Well, Schneider's ancestor did have a very good relationship with all the Gods in this realm.
Zarius hoped that if he became King of this Fotia region, he would restore that peace. He didn't care who the leader of the God Realm was, he only cared about the peace of his people. All the Gods residing in Fotia's territory.
"Prince, His Majesty is calling for you!" A bodyguard asks Zarius to meet his father.
"Okay." l replied Zarius casually.
Zarius headed towards the meeting room, but what was he looking at right now?
A man dressed in silver lay helplessly at his father's feet. Who he really is? thought Zarius.
Zarius only hoped that his father would not do things to anger Schneider's ancestors. "You called me, Father?" Zarius asked, trying to act casual. Although he was actually very curious about the figure that was under his father's feet.
"Come here, My Son! Look at your father who has managed to take all the energy of Jack Greyrat's beloved son," said King Feu'er, which made Zarius's eyes widen.
'What does it mean? Was that figure Vincent Greyrat? Your father has crossed his line!' Zarius said in his heart.
'Calm down, Zarius! Don't act rashly!' Zarius tried to calm himself down, not wanting his father to feel suspicious. In fact, he was very shocked to know that those under his father's feet were descendants of the Greyrat Clan. However, Zarius would pretend to be normal.
"Then what should I do with the body, Father?" Zarius asked, so calm.
"He's not dead, My Son. I left a little life energy for him. Take his body to his brother and declare war on the land ruled by Jack Greyrat!" King Feu'er spoke. After that, he laughed in satisfaction at having managed to absorb the spiritual power of Lord Jack's beloved son.
"All right, Father!" Zarius said with a slight bow.
After that, Zarius went with several generals to Gefroren City to take Vincent Greyrat's frail body.
But it was as if Zarius' conscience had rebelled and affected his entire mindset. Yes, Zarius, who is not entirely a descendant of Fotia's citizens, still has a conscience.
Arriving at the shores of the Black Sea, Zarius rendered all the generals following me helpless. Yes, Zarius must save Vin, he thought.
At least with this, Zarius felt that if he could still make his mother, Zenko feel proud of Zarius. The mother that Zarius never remembers her face. Even where his mother is now, Zarius doesn't know.
However, Zarius believes that one day he will be reunited with his mother. Zarius' mother is called Zenko. Zenko is a nine-tailed fox demon. She was from the Kitsune race, still related to Huli Jing and Gumiho as well.
After a long journey, Zarius had arrived at Mermaid Land. This decision was the dumbest decision Zarius had ever made. He came alone carrying Vin's limp body to the Mermaid Country. This is the same as prey approaching the bait.
However, Zarius really sincerely wanted to help Vincent at this time. Therefore, Zarius took Vin to Mermaid Country instead of Gefroren City. Because Zarius knew that in this Mermaid Land lived a powerful God, who might be able to heal Vincent Greyrat.
When Zarius had just entered the palace grounds, you can imagine how they looked when Zarius supported the helpless Vin? Of course all the mermaids looked at Zarius with hatred.
Even so, Zarius still doesn't care. At first, the palace soldiers prevented Zarius from entering, but in the end it was the Mermaid Queen who greeted Zarius and Vin. With a judgmental look, of course.
"PRINCE ZARIUS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY GRANDLENS, HUH?" the Mermaid Queen snapped at Zarius.
Even though Zarius had predicted that something like this would happen, Zarius was still very upset. Zarius said in his heart there are always many obstacles to become a good God.
"Calm down, Mermaid Queen! I'm not here to make a fuss. I'm here with your seriously injured grandson. Now, the most important thing is Vin's safety first, right? So save your anger first. My father has absorbed all his energy, Queen." Zarius spoke in a high pitched voice. He looked very annoyed at being accused like that.
In fact, Zarius had intended to help. But, why are they still looking at Zarius like that? How annoying, Zarius thought.
After some time, Lord Jack appeared in this room.
Well, Zarius is still waiting for Vin to wake up. But, that's not the main reason for Zarius. Zarius was confused about where to go.
King Feu'er would of course behead Zarius if he returned to Fotia Country.
For a moment, Lord Jack's gaze seemed to be on Zarius, not the angry gaze of all the Gods in the room, but a much warmer and calmer gaze. Like the gaze of someone who misses something.
Zarius had never met Lord Jack in person. They had only met briefly at the Illusory Cave a few months ago. So, Zarius didn't really understand why Lord Jack was looking at him like that. Loving gaze.
Recalling the events that happened in the Illusory Cave at that time, Zarius thought of something. He asked himself, how's the mortal that Zarius attacked earlier, huh? Somehow Zarius suddenly remembered it.
At that time, Zarius was forced to do it all because of his father's orders. If only in the land of Fotia there were brothers who sacrificed each other to protect other brothers. Surely Zarius would be very proud. However, Zarius lives in a palace that lacks the slightest sense of brotherhood. There's only competition in the Schneider family.
Zarius flinched when he felt someone tap his shoulder.
"Are you the first Prince Schneider?" said Lord Jack which immediately interrupted Zarius' thoughts.
"Yes, Your Majesty." Zarius replied. He saluted the ruler of the Three Realms.
"Hmm, your eyes are exactly the same as your mother's, Prince," said Lord Jack as he walked past Zarius.
Don't know Zarius heard it wrong or what, but Lord Jack seemed to be mentioning Zarius's mother.
Do they know each other? Zarius thought back.
In fact, Zarius who is her son alone does not know the origin of the mother. Zarius doesn't even remember his mother's face. Then, how can Lord Jack say that Zarius' eyes are very similar to Zarius' mother's eyes? Zarius continued to wonder in his heart.
Zarius didn't really know anything about his mother. His father and concubine mother seemed to cover up the identity of Zarius' mother, who was the main empress in the Palace.
However, Zarius intends to continue investigating everything. And this will only work if Zarius establishes a good relationship with all the Gods in this God Realm, right?
Zarius looked at Lord Jack who was approaching towards Vin's body. From the look on Lord Jack's face, he showed extreme anxiety.
Zarius hopes that nothing bad happens to Vin. Surely all the Gods would blame Zarius if that happened.
Zarius wanted to escape from this place as soon as possible. But, Zarius was confused about where to go. Should I go to the Human World? Zarius thought.

King Feu'er stepped into his secret room. For a very long time the room was left empty. For hundreds of years King Feu'er had not set foot in that room.
A room that makes his chest tight every time he enters. However, now King Feu'er ventured to enter it.
There is a bed with a bright red bad cover, the curtains are gold with rattling beads on each side.
Even though King Feu'er had never entered these luxurious rooms, the ladies-in-waiting kept cleaning them. This was his former room with his empress, Zarius' mother.
King Feu'er gently touched the pillows neatly arranged on the bed. Flashes of his past were vivid in his mind.
A moment later his gaze changed, his gaze sharp as sharp as a sword. He threw everything that was near him.
"I will become the ruler of these 3 realms! You will regret leaving me, Zenko! Huwaaaakh!" King Feu'er shouted so that it might be heard outside the room.
Who is Zenko really? What was the previous conflict between King Feu'er and Lord Jack? Why did the two great Gods clash for hundreds of years?
