Chapter 390 Wedding Plans
"About 52 pieces."
"Not bad. I will need more helping hands to get more than 200 of them prepared using these five days." Zhang Liling said, taking her gaze off the basket.
"Yes, Ma'am."

Given the urgent demands of his woman, Mr. Fang called his lawyer over the phone after sending him the soft copy of the agreement in his system, to inform him on what he wanted.
After a few minutes of briefing, he went back to work, leaving his lawyer to take care of the matter.
Around an hour later, his lawyer arrived at Glint and was taken straight to Zhang Liling's office where he met and chatted with her.
"Is there any thing you would like to add?"
After giving her enough time to go through the agreement, he inquired as his gaze followed her fingers flipping over the pages of the document.
"No. My boyfriend is so meticulous and perfect that I can't seem to find any reason to disagree with him." Smiling, she handed the stack of papers back to him.
Going through the agreement, she discovered that the man didn't give her any reason to be worried.
Everything was as plain as day and strictly a romantic business deal.
Receiving it, the lawyer asked, "So we should go with this?"
"Yes. Did Mr. Fang tell you we would be needing it today?" Zhang Liling inquired just in case Fang Bingwen had forgotten to mention it.
Signing the contract that day was very important to her more than anything else. It was a task she must get done.
Standing up to leave while putting the papers in his briefcase, he replied, "Yes, he did. I will bring the final copies to you at your dinner location."
Smiling, the man bowed his head slightly before turning to leave her workspace.
"Brilliant." Mumbling to herself, Zhang Liling clasped her fingers together with a satisfied smile on her face.
She was excited about things moving a lot more smoothly at least now, she didn't have to worry about funds.
Leaving work a bit early for her date with Fang Bingwen after sending him the location she had arranged herself, she stopped by a saloon to get her hair done before going back home.
No matter how many times she had gone on a date with the man in her life, she wouldn't stop making an effort to look good.
Her moves were international.
Stepping into the house, Zhang Liling found her mother reading over some stack of documents.
"Hello, Mum!" She greeted as she walked to her side to glance at the papers littered all over the dining table.
"I'm glad you are back. The documents for the transfer of shares in here. You can sign them anytime before the board meeting." Song Jujing paused as she spared her s glance.
As soon as those words reached Zhang Liling's ears, the corners of her lips curved upwards as her eyes shone brightly.
"It seems like today is the day of blessings. Good things keep happening to me all day round."
"Did something happen?" Sing Jujing inquired, staring at her a little more curiously.
"Ye... It's nothing serious." Zhang Liling was about to reveal about the agreement for a partnership she has with Fang Bingwen, but she suddenly remembered something and quickly stopped on time.
She would have just gotten into trouble now.
Seeing that her mother's gaze was still on her, she quickly changed the topic.
"Mum, I have a date with Bingwen, I need to go and prepare."
"No wonder you reek of fruity shampoo." Sing Jujing said as she watched her back disappear from her sight.
Walking into her bedroom, Zhang Liling let out a deep sigh of relief.
Putting her bags down, she went straight to her wardrobe to look for a dress for her date.
*******
Around 5 pm at a hotel rooftop, Zhang Liling sat on the chair set beside a round table decorated for a romantic date with Fang Bingwen sitting across from her.
"When did you get this creative?" Fang Bingwen asked with a proud gaze on her.
Smiling to herself as her gaze wandered around the romantic set-up at the rooftop, she replied, "Of course I have to make the effort since we are about to be one. Men are not the only ones know how to ask their partners out on a date and give up this romantic vibe."
"You are so proud." He commented as a hearty laugh tore through his throat.
Tilting her head to the side, she smiled wildly. "Of course I should be. That's the only way to compliment myself for doing a good job. Unfortunately, we are going to to be talking about business in this romantic set up."
Raising her wine glass in the air, she winked at him before bringing the rims to her red lips to drink from it.
Clad in a royal blue jumpsuit and her curled dark-brown hair resting on left side, she looked radiant like a beautiful work of art in a top artist painting.
Seeing her happily drinking her Inez he picked up his own glass. "We can always talk about business after the romantic dinner." Saying that, he proceeded to drink from it.
They both had indeed gathered to talk about business apart from signing the agreement to become partners.
It was not enough to become partners on paper, there was still a deeper work to be done such as, plans to put Glint in the forefront and things like releasing a new product.
Still, as much as this meeting was important, it was best if they still enjoyed their romantic dinner.
"I think we should get married before FJ's Christmas fashion show." Fang Bingwen suggested as he put down his glass.
"Are we talking about our wedding plans now?" Zhang Liling asked with a look of surprise on her face.
She had not expected for them to be bringing up this important topic on a day like this.
Why didn't he give her a hint beforehand.
Watching how her eyes widened in their sockets, Fang Bingwen couldn't help but ask, "You don't like it?"
"No," Putting down her glass, she quickly explained. "That is a good idea. I was only surprised for a moment."
"We should start planning our wedding since the date is not far. What kind of wedding do you want?"
Immediately, she answered, "Let's go for a private wedding. Although I like attention, I wouldn't want our marriage to be like that as it would be easy for some losers to come knocking on our day everyday."
Especially someone like her stepmother who didn't like good things coming her way.
But not just that, Zhang Liling just wanted to keep things as simple as it can be, while giving it a touch of grand.
"A private wedding it is then." Fang Bingwen replied with satisfaction.
If she had asked for a grand wedding, he would have given it to her, but seeing that she came down to the level of what he wanted even though it turned out that she wanted it too, he was still glad.
"Do you have any vendors in mind you would like to use for our wedding planning?"
"No, we should just contract one. My mother would have loved to take care of this, but she had a pending job to take care of in Paris."
Wedding planning was definitely Song Jujing's style as it was a job that let her get creative, but unfortunately, she wouldn't have the time to take care of this.
If she had been working in S city, her workload wouldn't have stopped her from it.
"It's fine then, I will contract a wedding planner to take care of it. Our wedding should be in a month's time, let's pick a date." Saying that, Mr. Fang seriously brought out his phone and went straight to his calendar app to Zhang Liling's amazement.
"Wow!" She exclaimed in surprise.
"Why are you staring at me like that?" Fang Bingwen asked, furrowing his brows.
Clicking her tongue, she shook her head. "It feels like you can't wait to sleep with me."
Hearing that, he returned his gaze back to his phone's screen. "Of course I can't wait to sleep with you, I won't deny it." He mumbled to her hearing.
"Hahaha... You are finally admitting it." Zhang Liling had a good laugh at him as a crazy thought came to her head.
Was he that desperate hence he wanted to have their wedding date closer? If they was so, then she had to put her hats up for him.
"I have never denied it. It's just that I have never accepted it openly." Fang Bingwen clarified.
He would be a liar if he had never felt like sleeping with her all those times they were dating. The difference between her and him was that she was very proactive and didn't know what patience was when she was with him.
As for him, he was good at restraining himself but these days, no more. He couldn't deal with it again. Besides, there was no use delaying the wedding when they had time to get it done.
