Chapter 89
89 Finally, Home! (1)
One down, one to go.
Seeing his daughter as well as his pet died without any traces of physical abuse on her body, the old man must be feeling dumbfounded. If the police needed to hold an autopsy on her, I was sure they would say she died because of heart attack.
Reason? Feeling aggrieve after seeing hee husband died cruelly? Not bad of a reason.
But, it would only happen if Senior Rizal’s family decided to call the police to investigate who hurt their eldest and second son.
I was one hundred percent sure they wouldn’t do it.
After all, they were the ones who planned for his death all along.
This time, I gave them a bonus; the wife.
About the old man? No, killing him now was just too easy for him.
After considering for a while, I decided to keep his soul here and torture him little by little.
.....
It’s time for me to go back.
Waving my hands towards my mysterious white-clothed army, I left the scene after giving Senior Rizal’s one last look.
It still pained me seeing him like that, but it might be the last time I saw him. After all, we had some good memories together and he had been so kind to me before he got dragged into this devil’s plot.
At least, I knew he was in a good place now.
“I see you have some awesome abilities in you.” The old man said. “Too bad you are too young to understand its function. I am willing to teach you if you release me.”
“Shut up.” I coldly reprimanded him. “Take him away and locked him up where no one could find him. Every thirty minutes, pulled something out from him. I don’t care if it’s his nail, tooth, or eye. If there comes a day nothing could be pulled out, just chop his fingers one by one. He won’t bleed here, so it saves us from cleaning. Don’t forget to burn all the things you take from him.” I ignored his pale face and ordered the men casually.
“YOU CAN’T DO IT! YOU CAN’T ABUSE YOUR POWER LIKE THIS! THE UNIVERSE WON’T ALLOW YOU!” He shouted madly as he was taken away by the men.
Ah, so noisy. “Don’t forget to cut his tongue, lest he made some unnecessary noise and disturb your peacefulness.” I added as they did what I said obediently.
When I heard the muffled groan, I knew they had taken his tongue. Serve you right, old man!
After the nuisance was taken away, I pinched my nose bridge and closed my eyes.
How do I get out? I thought so hard to find the answer of this question.
My surroundings had changed. It didn’t show Senior Rizal’s room anymore, but an empty and dim room without any furnitures.
Where am I? I looked at my surroundings carefully. There was only one door, so I walked towards it.
As my hand reached the door knob, someone spoke behind me.
“Milady, you might not want to get out now. If they see a human in flesh is here, they might not accept it so well.”
Turning around, I saw it was one of the white-clothed men, but with more expression than the others. He was smiling politely, unlike the others who were only capable of showing strict expression.
“You are?” I arched my eyebrows.
“Forgive my rudeness. I came late even after I knew Milady is coming. My name is Siji. I will be your advisor from now onwards.” He bowed his head slightly.
Advisor? I looked at the white-clothed army behind him.
“I will answer all of your questions later, Milady. For now, don’t you want to go back?” He reminded me.
I nodded. What he said was right. Considering what he said was true, that he was my advisor, then it wouldn’t be hard to question him later.
“Then, how can I leave this place?” I asked him.
“I’ll show you the way, Milady, only if you allow it.” He replied as he raised his hand towards me.
I knew what he meant so I allowed him to do it as I closed my eyes. I could feel his rough fingers touched my forehead and a warm stream of light entered my consciousness. My body felt light and I had been floating for some times when I saw a big door. The door just appeared out of nowhere and I could see it with my eyes closed.
As I didn’t have any other options, I decided to walk through the door. As soon as my feet stepped on the other side of the door, a sense of fatigue hit me hard. I could vaguely see the dark sky and the lamps, signs that I had returned to my world, but the dizziness I felt was too strong to ignore.
It didn’t take long before darkness finally engulfed me. Actually it came so fast even before I could take one step from where I originally stood.
Before I succumbed to the darkness, two words appeared in my mind, “Oh shit.”
—–
To say that my body was tired was not enough to describe the feeling I had right at this moment.
Instead of feeling tired, I felt my body was boneless and sore all over. My head felt like it was gonna split into two. My throat felt dry as if I had not drunk for more than three days.
I could only weakly moan in pain and discomfort. Fortunately, the bed and blanket were so soft, wait.. bed and blanket?
I opened my eyes to see an unfamiliar room. My walls were not dark grey. Instead of two small wardrobes, I only had one big wardrobe. My curtain didn’t reach the ceiling. Also, where the hell was my small kitchen?
I was at lost at where I was. I had never been in this room before so I had no idea whose room was this.
After I fainted yesterday, who picked me up?
“You’re awake?”
That voice jolted me. Why is he here?
