One Piece: Gambling to The Top

"Are you stupid, asking if this is a cannon? You just said it's Cerberus. "

After recovering from the shock that Josh had darkness attached to his sword, the Cerberus dog with three heads said, looking a the demon in the sky.

"Forget about it." Josh extended his sword to the sky.

He had some itch to test his Darkness power. However, using a new style requires time so it can be effective in combat. Now, it's better for Josh to depend on his old styles.

Blackbeard squatted, black lightning surrounding him, and the already destroyed surroundings were getting cracked.

Josh was barely affected by the Conqueror Haki that usually makes people faint. However, same can't be said if Blackbeard coated it around him.

"Okay… Let's dance."

Josh held his sword with his right hand. Under his sleeve, a knife made of Sea Stone appeared.

'Classics.'

Josh then flapped his wings, using shave with them. He turned into a bolt, appearing above Blackbeard. As soon as he got near enough, he found some sort of momentum trying to stop him.

"Die." One of the three heads of the Cerberus headed toward Josh, opening its large mouth to devour him in one bite.

Josh managed to dodge, and he slashed down, giving Blackbeard a cut on the neck.

"Brother!" Yelled one of the other heads, biting Josh and closing its mouth.

Summoning his demonic energy, Josh was suddenly wrapped by a red aura.

"Hot!" Yelled the head that tried to devour Josh, letting the demon take an appearance.

Josh was extending his hand. The crimson fire was getting unleashed, and Josh had made sure to compress it, which made it way hotter.

"Hey, it's not proper to look at someone when he is doing the barbecue." The demon turned his face as he raised his head. One of the three heads was wrapped by fire, burning.

Blackbeard shook his head, using conqueror Haki to shake him away.

Josh jumped out, circled around the Cerberus, and landed on its back.

The three heads weren't in good shape.

"You… You'll pay for this!" yelled Blackbeard.

"Yeah, I've heard about that cliche many times. Spare me the torture to listen."

Spinning the sea-stone dagger in his hand, josh gave Blackbeard one last mocking smile, and he stabbed.

Meanwhile, Josh curiosity got the best of him.

As the black lightning was heading to him, he raised his sword. The demon's pattern shone.

Josh found himself being able to control that darkness and even use his arm to summon it.

As long as he is connected to his sword, he can use it.

He patted Blackbeard on the back.

With sea-stone that weakens the Devil Fruit users and darkness that cancel the effect of Devil Fruits, Josh had delivered a fatal blow.

The Cerberus shrunk, and Josh jumped off its back, flipping and landing on the ground.

He stared in front of him.

Blackbeard wasn't there. Or rather, he was there, but he wasn't alone.

There was three of him.

One of them was wearing white, and he had a gentle afraid expression on his face.

The other one was frowning, and Conqueror Haki was being unleashed from him. He also had a cut on his neck.

The last one was burned, his skin was like burning coal, barely able to stay alive.

"You… You used the darkness on us!" said the one with Conqueror Haki.

"Hey. This is the age of dreams, you can't stop us." Said the last one with a gentle expression on his face.

Josh said, looking at the three. Now, one of them was stabbed by Sea-stone, and the darkness didn't allow them to fuse.

"Tell me, what is like to taste your own medicine."

Josh extended his hand to the right in a very swift movement. Red flames spread from his arm and circled around them.

"This flame is as hot as the hell's fire. Try it, it will prepare you for the afterlife."

"He-he. You think I can't do a thing to you." Said the one in the middle. "You're not stronger than Shanks, and that guy didn't get it good."

Josh saw the future and realised that there may be a harsh battle, especially with the one in the middle. The other two are going to die easily in five seconds. The one in the middle, however, will survive by using Haki to escape.

"Hey, wanna use Darkness again. I just want peace." Josh suddenly made an apologetic face.

The one in the middle raised an eyebrow.

Josh threw the great Devil Sword.

The Blackbeard extended his hand, the aura of Conqueror Haki got less.

Once Blackbeard was about to touch the sword, Josh smirked.

"Rest in peace."

Six arms appeared each two on each Blackbeard's shoulders.

When Josh started smirking, the arms wrapped around his neck. Despite the arms being small, they had enough strength that no neck can handle. And with a quick movement, they broke the triple necks. Blackbeard's fell on the ground, their heads looking in the other directions, but the arms didn't show any mercy and kept twisting.

Josh knows that people in One Piece sometimes can defy logic, and sometimes, they can have the strength to do one last fight.

Well, Josh determined that it won't happen in his watch.

Depending on his huge speed, he appeared in from the three. Extending his hands toward them, Josh summoned the crimson flame and unleashed it. Without any mercy, the fire swallowed them, and it was so hot that the ground started melting. As Josh had noticed, whenever he gets a new attribute, his demonic energy would get stronger, and thus, his attacks.

Screams echoed around, but they were useless. The next second, in Blackbeard's place, there was only the Great Devil Sword, surrounded by ashes, and standing in the middle of the burning ground. Josh walked to the sword, its blade red, and lifted it. As he spun it in the air many times quickly, it turned into its normal colour, and he put it back in his storage.

"Hey, my arms were there." Came Robin's voice.

"Sorry, had to do that." Josh teased, knowing that Robin had been watching and that she had taken her arm back the moment Josh had attacked.

"By the way, where is Hancock?" Robin asked. "She took her time… or, did the battle went fast."

Josh said. "She took her time. The enemy knows how to hide his presence between people, and he can turn invisible."

"How did you know." Robin walked out from one building, cracking her neck.

Josh stared at her, raising his eyebrow. He then turned into his human form but kept looking at Robin's waist.

Robin was wearing a wrestling championship belt.

"I can see the future, and Hancock would appear with that guy." He pointed his finger at her. "What the hell happened."

"I beat some guy called Jesus, a wrestler."

"Does he have long smooth hair?" asked Josh.

"Yes, a pink one. Why do you ask?" Robin stood up next to him and put her hands on his shoulder.

"Joshy! This sniper was hard to deal with! I couldn't even see him and barely could feel him." Hancock kicked a pale man toward them. He was in a state between death and life.

"Hmm… good thing you didn't kill him," Josh said. Hancock rolled her eyes.

"But I'm about to." Hancock cracked her fists, waves of conqueror Haki creating pressure.

"Fufufu… aren't you a bit cruel, Hancock san. " Robin laughed nervously, feeling something was strange.

Josh raised his eyebrows. "Hey, at least, let me take his Devil Fruit."

Josh said. He took a step forward and looked around. In the middle of their fight, this town was wiped out.

'Blackbeard's fault.' Josh shrugged his shoulder. 'Now, I should think of my next step, now that I changed the timeline by killing Blackbeard.'

He took a vessel from nowhere and put it next to the pale man. The demon face of the surface of the vessel shone, and Josh let his hand in, taking the fruit. He then pointed his hand at the man, turning it into a demon's hand, and he burned him into ashes.

"Joshy! Were you angry for me that you decided to kill him in my place?" Hancock asked, her face drawing a loving expression.

"Yes, honey, yes. Let's go to the ship. I'll have to take a bath."

"Yay! bath time." Hancock hugged his arm and jumped up.
