“Mr. Raoul Contesta, we meet again.”

At the Grand Festival venue, inside an office, Raoul Contesta received Terrance.

“Congratulations on becoming a Top Coordinator,” Raoul Contesta said with a cheerful smile. The youngster he had placed high hopes on really did not disappoint his expectations.

Moreover, due to his age, style, and how unusual this Grand Festival was, Terrance had become quite popular.

Just after the Grand Festival concluded yesterday, several advertising companies had already contacted the Contest Committee, hoping to hire Terrance as a spokesperson to see how effective it would be.

Raoul Contesta reflected for a moment. Typically, when a Coordinator earns the title of Top Coordinator, one or two companies might be willing to hire them, and getting an advertising deal would already be considered a success. There were even some Top Coordinators who, despite earning the title, didn’t gain any commercial value due to their poor public image.

Terrance had always been clear about his goals. While getting on the Grand Festival stage was one thing, he didn’t intend to let all this effort go to waste.

After all, he wasn’t a rich kid who could pursue his dreams without any worries about food or shelter.

Terrance carefully looked through the list and then turned to Mr. Raoul Contesta.

“As you can see, these are the companies that have contacted the Contest Committee so far. Since they don’t have your personal contact information, they had to go through the Pokémon Contest. If you’re willing to share your contact details, they would likely reach out to you directly. Uh, do you know how endorsement deals work, or should I explain it to you?”

“I know about endorsements, but these companies…” Terrance hadn’t expected so many to try contacting him after just one night.

“Considering your age, I’ll have my secretary go over the details with you,” Raoul Contesta nodded. The mature woman standing next to him smiled and greeted Terrance, then began speaking slowly: “These six companies were the first to contact us. Of them, the Pokémon Watch, Poké Ball Stickers, Pokémon Figurines, Shirts, and competitive eating, these 5 companies all want to obtain your portrait rights and want you to endorse their products. The price can be negotiated based on the number of products, but since you’ve just become a Top Coordinator, while you’re at the height of your fame, it’s still very unstable. Perhaps, in just a short time, you will be forgotten, so companies typically limit the duration of portrait rights to one year, and the initial payment won’t be high. If the profits are good, they will continue working with you, otherwise, they will cancel it.”

Terrance listened quietly. Her explanation was realistic and thorough. As Raul Contesta’s secretary mentioned, his popularity was only temporary, and whether it lasted will depend on his long-term value.

Raoul Contesta’s secretary laid out all the pros and cons, out of consideration for Terrance. After all, quite a few Coordinators have bet their lives on this, only to end up in a miserable situation, which was truly sad.

“I understand that, but what’s this Hollywood Movie about? Am I supposed to act?” Terrance asked, moving on to the next question, already having a clear understanding of the situation.

“Oh, the Kanto Hollywood… I suggest you don’t consider it. The movie industry in Kanto has been in decline for a long time. If it were a movie company from somewhere like Unova, you might want to think about it, but as for this one…” Raoul Contesta’s secretary shook her head. She only said this after being prompted by Raoul Contesta, who had high hopes for Terrance and didn’t want to see him waste his talents on such a declining industry.

“Mm… I get the gist of it. Being a Top Coordinator is an opportunity to promote myself, but if I want better treatment, I have to continue increasing my value.” Terrance smiled at Mr. Raoul Contesta, already fully understanding this.

“Exactly. If you get satisfied with the present situation and don’t work hard to improve, you’ll end up being eliminated,” Raoul Contesta replied.

“Yes, which is why I have a rather bold request.” Finally, despite Raoul Contesta’s surprised expression, Terrance, after receiving his permission, took out a document.

“Mr. Raoul Contesta, as far as I know, the Pokémon Contest is planning to build new Contest Halls in three second- or third-tier cities in Hoenn within the next six months, correct?” Terrance looked seriously at him.

With the Pokémon Contest’s growing influence, the number of Contest Halls was also expanding rapidly.

“Yes, that’s right. What’s the issue?” Raoul Contesta asked, puzzled.

“If possible, could you consider establishing one of those Contest Halls here, in this location—Fallarbor Town?” Terrance pointed to a small circled spot on the map in the document.

“Fallarbor Town?!” Raoul Contesta looked up in surprise, and even his secretary curiously turned her gaze to Terrance, wondering what the child was planning by making such a request to the Contest Committee.

“That’s not something I can decide on my own. Do you really think the status of a Top Coordinator is enough for the Pokémon Contest to invest enormous resources, manpower, and effort to build a new hall in such a remote location?” Raoul Contesta asked bluntly.

Without hesitation, Terrance responded, “Of course not. But if it brings enough benefits and potential growth to the Pokémon Contest, wouldn’t it be worth a try?”

“To the north of Fallarbor Town, there is Fallarbor Woods and Mt. Chimney, which are great places for Trainers to catch Pokémon. And now that the newly constructed cable car is completed, the area is bound to become more bustling. More and more Trainers are coming there, and it’s gradually developing. The most important thing is that it’s located in an agricultural desert area with many unique Pokémon. The unstable weather in the south of Fallarbor Town brings out Ice-type and Ground-type Pokémon, offering plenty of variety for Trainers seeking new Pokémon. As the only nearby town, Fallarbor would be an ideal stop for any Trainer looking to explore. Additionally, Fallarbor Town is primarily agricultural, producing rare fruits and vegetables with unique local dishes that have great potential to be developed. I’ve thought about this: as more Trainers come to the area, Fallarbor Town will grow in a few years and may even see the establishment of a Pokémon Center to accommodate them. If the Pokémon Contest can enter Fallarbor Town ahead of this growth, it could greatly benefit the Contest’s development.”

Terrance shared his idea and waited for the other person’s response. What he said was, without a doubt, highly probable and entirely genuine, with not a trace of deceit.

Raoul Contesta remained silent for a moment, gazing at the youngster in front of him, who was not much over 10 years old, with a complex expression. He was deeply shocked—could a child in his teens really see things with such depth and insight?
