Solo Player Arvin

Arvin didn't waste any time after flying from there. He straight away started heading outside of Palm springs. He wanted to get away from here as soon as possible. He knew that he had killed a very strong and maybe a very influential man of the city. So he didn't want to stay back and see the ruckus that he had caused.

Now as he had two pieces of the key, he had to find two more pieces then he would be able to steal the riches of the sacred temple. But now he already had two pieces of the key, all he needs is to wait and watch. If he enhances his skill he would be able to steal the remaining two pieces whenever they are in one place. So for now Arvin decided that he would now rank up his skills. He would prepare for the battle that will come when the location of the temple is revealed…

1 month later.

Arvin made his home of operation in Gravy Falls. No matter how it sounds, but Gravy Fall was desert-like any other part of the second floor. It was a very small city. There were literally no powerhouses present in the city other than Arvin. So this made this place the ideal place to hide for a while.

Before coming to this city made sure that he got rid of the golden boy that he was carrying around in his inventory. He took out his body in between the desert. As a precaution, he made sure that he wearing the full battle gear while looting his corpse. He took everything away from the corpse he could loot and they came to this city.

From the golden boy, Arvin was able to get his hands on many resources and money. So he was pack for some time….

During the 1 month, Arvin spent his time either studying or practicing magic. Seeing the magic performed by the black fox and the power portrayed by that golden-haired man really sparked some fire in Arvin. He starting practicing like a mad man….

He knew that he was not invincible in Yggdrasil. But when he met the golden-haired man, his confidence took a real dip. If he didn't have a poisonous mana stone bomb with him then his death was guaranteed. And he would have not been able to get out of there alive.

And that man was also able to see through his illusion. Arvin trump card was his shapeshifting skills as no one had the power to see through it. But still, his illusion casting has never let him down. But this faithful day it did. Which made him realize that he still had a long way to go. His skill may be powerful. But they were not invincible.

In this past month, Arvin also took time to practice with kunai knives and his ax. He didn't want to spare anything while practicing honing his skills. He had also practiced his magic by hunting local beasts on the second floor. To have some challenges he had also challenged the strongest beast of the second floor countless times. And now he can defeat the strongest beast of the floor, within a minute or two.

That brings him to the next step, to ascend to the third floor….

Arvin knew that though that the time has come for him to officially infiltrate the Aurora Clan. They have been a pain in his ass for far too long. And the time had finally come for payback. And while he was there he had thought that he should also gather information about the sacred council of the fennec foxes and get to find the last piece of the key.

  He knew that a piece of key is with the sacred council of the fennec foxes. And the last one is missing. So while he was there he would gather all the information that he wants….

Arvin had made a lot of progress this month and he was too happy to see his status….

[I must say. I am impressed, Arvin. You have been working hard.] Hela said while Arvin was looking at his status.

'Oh… A pleasure to have you with us today Hela.' Arvin said.

[I want to stay with you all the time. But as ruler of the underworld, I can't stay with you and father all the time. So forgive me for that.] Hela said.

'No worries. Even without you, we are doing just fine.' Arvin said.

[Yeah… Hey, wait a minute… I was last here a month ago right?] Hela asked

'Plus one or two weeks or so…. But yeah, the last time when I heard your voice was about a month ago' Arvin said.

[How the hell did you get this powerful in such a small amount of time?] Hela asked.

'Practice and hard work.' Arvin said.

[Father?] Hela said in an alien language which Arvin didn't understand.

{Yes I am here.} Loki replied in the alien language.

[How the hell Arvin was able to become this strong in such a short amount of time?] Hela asked in the alien language.

'Hey, could you use English or common tongue, please? It is very irritating when you talk about someone in a foreign language.' Arvin protested when he heard Loki and Hela talking in an alien language.

But rather than changing the language that they were talking in, Arvin stopped hearing the voices of Loki and Hela altogether. He understood what had happened. It seems that these guys were having a private conversation with one and another….

  [It is too abnormal for him to get this strong this fast. I mean even with your fluid body which is known for its cultivation speed, the speed from which he is growing I am telling you, the other gods will be able to tell it in a glance that you have done something to him.] Hela said.

{How do you know that this isn't because of the influence of that monster. He is the general piece of that monster after all.} Loki said.

[I know his apostles. I may not play this game more often but I have seen the highlights of the games. I know all the apostles of that monster. None of them can even hold a candle in front of Arvin. He is just too monstrous.] Hela said.

{Well this is just because of my influence. That is why he is becoming this strong this fast.} Loki said.

[So why I am having the feeling that there is something that you are hiding from me? I know you father. I know your power. I know that monster's power. But even with that, I cannot stomach that he is becoming too strong with such a fast speed.] Hela said.

{Don't worry about it, my child. Everything is under control…}Loki said.

[Okay… Wait…. What the fuck is this?] Hela asked.

{What know?} Loki asked annoyingly.

[I just went through his memories… He is feeling in love with alcohol…. Why is he feeling in love with alcohol?] Hela asked.

[I am controlling his system. While you are with him all the time. He may have been born to be a general piece of that monster. But due to both of our influences, he should have been able to take characteristics of either me or you. So why the fuck is loving alcohol that much?] Hela asked.

{Again ask the kid…} Loki said.

[He naiveness…. His anger…. His behavior… Father tell me right now… What the hell did you do? He is becoming more and more like that monster. He is inheriting his curses. Why is he not inheriting our curses?] Hela asked

{What!!!}Loki said in a high pitched low tone voice…

[Father… I want the truth… What did you do?] Hela asked seriously…

{OKAY!... Damn it… When he was born, I may have altered him…}Loki said.

[What you have altered about him?] Hela asked

[YOU DID WHAT?] Hela asked

[But father… You know right what would happen if the other pantheons get the winds of it? And most importantly you know what would happen if the Hindu Pantheon gets a wind of it? No matter how naïve that monster is, he will surely come for your head.] Hela said.

{Don't worry about it… I have everything figured out. Everything would be just fine. You just take care of your brothers. Leave everything else to me.} Loki said.
