Solo Player Arvin

Tamari was the daughter of Zurama just like Velma. The mother of Tamari was a human that Zurama saved in the desert. After saving her, Zurama fell in love with her. And thus he married her. After marriage Zurama's wife first gave birth to Velma which was a fennec fox just like Zurama. And after that, she gave birth to Tamaria which was human-like her mother.

Tamaria was a little girl so she didn't know, but no one liked her in the whole city. And the sole reason for not liking her was because she was human. And no human was allowed in the city. Even Tamaria and Velma's mother was not allowed to stay in the city.

For the sake of her wife, Zurama made a temple for her in rocky mountains near the stone city. There he would visit her every day. That is why like her mother Tamaria was also kicked out of the stone city. 

Velma took Tamaria and went to live away in the city under the fennec foxes where humans and foxes lived in coexistence. There they lived in seclusion. It was not until one day their father came to visit them. He handed two pieces of the jade to both the girls. He told them that he was giving these pieces to them as he believed that they would be safer in their hands. 

But then their father contacted them again and stated that he wanted them to visit the stone with their pieces…

Earlier the guards that were supposed to protect Tamaria, started arguing whether they should kill her or not. Some of them were blaming her for Zurama's death. And they want to protect her anymore. But some guards were against it. And as soon as he got in the building they started fighting with each other. And in the end, Tamaria found a small nail to protect herself. But then she got knocked out by one of the guards….

Tamaria when heard the confrontation of Lopt and Velma, she understood what will happen if she didn't act right now. She would be held hostage by this man. Although he had saved them before, after her big sister betrayed him, she didn't know whether she could trust him anymore or not.

So seeing the chance that Arvin was distracted, Tamaria took the nail and stabbed it on Arvin's right butt cheek. Arvin was so focused on Velma as she was the only threat there at the moment. But as she stabbed him, Arvin lost his focus for a moment and loosened his grip around Tamaria. 

Seeing this opportunity, Tamaria abruptly pushed her body with all of her strength. And she was able to get out of Arvin's grip. She fell to the ground, and she then quickly got up and started running towards her big sister. 

Velma saw what was happened. It was a miracle that Tamaria managed to get away from Arvin's grip. She then noticed that although Arvin was really surprised by her blow, she saw that he didn't even try to catch Tamaria. He just let her go…

"FUCK! You little shit… Fine, you can have her. But I am taking one of the mounts." Arvin said while taking out the nail from his butt cheek.

"Thank you," Velma said as she saw his gesture…

"FUCK YOU!" Arvin said and then he started running towards the mounts.

Velma then came towards Tamaria and inspected her body for any visible injuries. But she could not find anything. She sighed in relief as she saw that she was injured badly. There were bruises here and there. But nothing major that couldn't be solved by healing salve…

"Tamaria where is mother? She was supposed to come here with you, right?" Velma asked

As Tamaria heard Velma's question she started shedding tears. Which was enough for Velma to understand what would have happened. And why her mother is not here with them. Velma then hugged Tamaria to console her. Although she was also shocked by this news, but this was not the time to sulk around. She had a lot on her plate right now. 

The heart-touching moment between Velma and Tamaria was ruined when…

"*cough cough* I think for the sake of safety we should get out of here together," Arvin said. As Velma heard him, she looked at him and asked…

"We should stick together for safety reasons? Or the real reason for sticking together is that you don't have any supplies nor have any idea how to get out of here?" Velma asked.

"…"

"Which one is it?" Velma asked again.

"FUCK YOU," Arvin said.

Then Velma got up with Tamaria on her back and went towards the stables and brought two mounts with her for the journey…

Velma handed over the ring that they confiscated when Lopt was unconscious. Lopt looked happy that finally, he got the stuff back. Velma had started to understand what kind of man was Lopt was. He was a strong man. But he was not that smart. He had a little bit heroic side to him. And she had started liking him. After all, he had saved her sister's life twice. And still, it didn't look like that he was planning some sort of devious plan. 

Velma, her sister, and Lopt traveled through the mountains together. The mountain range that they were in was very difficult to navigate. As well as this region was so vast that it took them a whole day to get of the region. And as the night they all had to camp in the periphery of the region…

Tamaria was not able to speak. So she was quite the whole journey. But Arvin and Velma also didn't talk to each other the whole journey. After all, things were still a little bit awkward between them. But the silence between them finally broke when Velma initiated the conversation…

"What will you do now Lopt?" Velma asked while sipping some soup that they had made for dinner.

"Don't know… Thanks to you guys now the target sign behind my back has enlarged. So seriously I don't have any idea what I should do." Arvin said.

"I am sorry… You see I had a piece of the key with me. So I had to be thorough about…." Velma was saying when Arvin cut her in between…

"I don't care what were your circumstances. The reality is that you betrayed my trust." Arvin said.

"I am sorry…" Velma said…

"Whatever… By the way, what is the deal with the sacred temple? And why the hell did you guys wanted to contact Bakemono for it?" Arvin asked.

"It is a sacred site for our fennec foxes. It is a temple that is a part of our rich heritage. And the most important of all, it is from the era of the apocalypse." Velma said.

"So that makes it important?" Arvin asked.

"Anything that had survived from the days of apocalypse is very important. Like the broken ax that you got on the 1st floor." Velma said.

"How do you know that?" Arvin asked.

"Well, we have our ways… The Aurora suspected that the ax in the question belonged to the era of apocalypse. That is why they gave out a bounty for you." Velma said.

"Really? That was it? You mean to say that if I have handed over that ax to them then I wouldn't be in this situation?" Arvin asked

"Probabaly yes…" Velma said.

"FUCK… Maybe I should have paid some attention to why these wanted me." Arvin said.

"So where is that ax?" Velma asked.

"I already sold it," Arvin said.

"To whom?" Velma asked.

"Bakemono…" Arvin said.

"Do you think that he knew about that ax?" Velma asked.

"Of course he would have known it from the start. He was a very cunning motherfucker." Arvin said.

"Damn… he got you good," Velma said.

"Well, it was worth it. He taught me many things. He is the reason that I am sitting here. So even if he scammed me somehow it doesn't matter." Arvin said.

"You really respect him don't you?" Velma asked

"Yes, I do…" Arvin said.

"Hmm…" Velma mumbled.

"So what is the deal with this temple? What does it have? Treasure of some kind? Weapons or something else?" Arvin asked.

"I don't know. But the historians suspect that the temple has a huge amount of cultivation resources… As well as it also has the golden pit." Velma said.

"The golden pit?" Arvin asked.

"According to the legends the sacred temple was used to choose the leader of all the alpha. Every once in a while all the leaders of all the fennec foxes establishment would meet each other and compete with each other. And then the strongest fox among them would get the chance to dive in the golden pit." Velma said.

"So what did this pit do?" Arvin asked.

"They say that after diving in the pit a person would be able to get all the strength that he wanted and more," Velma said mysteriously…
