Fraus ordered Zendrick to look for two more places and gave him 200 gold coins. Which means that Zendrick is able to buy two places. Zendrick started looking around without giving his attention to other things, as orders from his creator, Frau, were clear and concrete. There is no need for him to look for other things.

After that, Zendrick looked for places to buy in Blue Bird City. He first chose the type of building he wanted to buy.

There are some simple types of places that can be bought.

These are "storage units," like "Unity Warehouse."

Hotels like the Unity Hotel

Inns like Unity Inn

Watchtower and other utiliy places like "Unity Watchtower"

"Coffee Shops like Unity Coffeeshop"

Other than these types, there are trading places, which buy and sell things. This is compared to production places, where the shops continuously produce products, food, or metal-work. Trading is more profitable but more risky.

After some thought, Zendrick commented in his mind.

Fraus listened to the words of Zendrick and nodded. He knows that what Zendrick comments and says is true. Twenty minutes later, Zendrick came in first place. This place is a big hotel with a good design and a good look. It was sold by some sort of clan member of a big clan in the city for 100 gold coins.

The name of the otel was "Sendiant Hotel", and it has three types of rooms; regular, silver, and gold rooms. Regular rooms cost 1 copper coin per day, and there are more than fifty regular rooms. Silver rooms cost 1 silver coin per day and night, and there are about twenty-five silver coins. Gold Rooms cost 1 gold coin per day and night, and there are about ten of them.

From the outside, this hotel looks lavish. It has been built with burgandy stone brick and has marble carved decorations. Tall, rectangular windows allow enough light to enter the home and have been added to the hotel in a mostly asymmetrical way.

The house is equipped with ten five-fashioned common rooms and three common bathrooms. It also has a three-cozy living room, 80 bedrooms, five small dining areas, a sun room and a roomy basement.

The building is square shaped. The house is half surrounded by glass overhanging panels.

The second floor, third floor, fourth floor, and fifth floor are all the same size as the first, which has been built exactly on top of the floor below it. This floor has a slightly different style than the floor below.

The roof is low and triangular, but one side is longer than the other and is covered with dark ceramic tiles. One large chimney sits at the side of the house. Several long, thin windows let in plenty of light to the rooms below the roof.

The house itself is surrounded by paved ground, with a small pond at one side and various potted plants all around the house.

The hotel two is a little bit different than the first otel. The name of the second hotel, Zendrick had seen, is "Forthzade Hotel", a hotel with a strong background and ancient history. From what Zendrick had learned, the hotel actually belonged to an old lord at the level of peak Deep Fire, four hundred years ago. Some time later, the man who had the ownership of the hotel sold it for a small price and then left the whole city. Most of the people from the past said that he must be elevated to the level of Origin, so that he did not need or care about worldly things. This is something that made sense for most of the people. Nobody saw or knew about the man who had left everything after he left.

The name of the man was Levin Forthzade. There is one rule for this hotel; the one who purchases it can only add its name to it but can not change it. It cannot be taken away from Forthzade.Nobody wanted to be enemies with a man at the peak of deep fire level four hundred years later, and most likely at the level of Origin Level, as they were afraid of the Levin coming and seeing that his place had changed the name and taking revenge from Blue Bird Empire.

The otel is equipped with a huge kitchen and two bathrooms; it also has a snug living room, two bedrooms, a spacious dining room, an office, and a cozy basement.

The building is shaped like an L. The extension extends into a patio circling around half the house.

The second floor is bigger than the first, which creates several overhanging parts on several sides of the house. This floor has roughly the same style as the floor below.

The roof is high, v-shaped, and covered with brown wood shingles. One small chimney sits at the side of the otel. There are no windows on the roof.

The otel itself is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Grass, flower patches, and trees have been placed in a stylish way.

Zendrick liked these two places and sent mental image of these two places to Fraus too, Fraus liked to the places too, especially he liked the story Forthzade Hotel, and it is important for him. These kind of things are always important.
