Vol. 2 - Chapter 5.4 - The Other Disciple (4)
NOW WITH A NEW TIER ON OUR PATREON! CHECK IT OUT!
…Takashi recalled his training with Leelou. Inside the hut, Leelou exposed her chest broadly in front of Takashi.
"What's wrong? I'm going to teach you how to perform Push-up Breast (Tits Sway). Look closer."
"B-But, this, that..."
Takashi turned his head away in embarrassment. Leelou was about to push the two bulges "boing" even closer together. However, on the way, she fixed her disheveled bosom instead.
"Well… Indeed, Push-up Breast (Tits Sway), when performed by a man, gives off an extremely gross sensation."
"RIGHT!? If you understand it, then don't make me do it!?"
Takashi shook his head as he recalled his training with Leelou. Aina looked at him and shrugged her shoulders.
"Lady Leelou was very fond of you, but you are not that big of a deal or anything, you know. Or did my pritis somehow overtake yours without me noticing it?"
"L-Lord Hero doesn't need, that kind of vulgar technique!"
When Excella shouted angrily, Aina's face hardened.
"V-Vulgar!? Wait a sec, what are you talking about!? This is why you are called 'your highness bumpkin princess'!!"
"Who calls me 'your highness cute bumpkin princess'!!"
"I never said CUTE, did I!! You're so arrogant!!"
"You were so much better when you were wearing a hood! When you looked so meek!"
Both of them glared at each other. Takashi, unable to overlook the situation, intervened, saying, "W-Well, well."
Aina clicked her tongue, turned on her heel, and then approached the undead, who had been reduced into shells of their former selves by the Love Shot attack.
"Yeah, suuure. This way, everyone—."
Aina led them like a professional tour bus guide, and as before, she lined them up in a single file at the edge of the ship. And then—
"Dosse—i!!"
Aina nimbly dumped the undead, starting from the right and working her way left.
""EEEHHHHHH…!!""
Takashi and Excella were taken aback.
"S-S-Stop… it…"
They noticed that Duma, stuck in place and unable to move after being stabbed with a sword, was howling.
(Duma… you?)
Duma, who previously had no regard for the undead and the puppet dolls, was now saying, "Stop it."
Takashi was touched by Duma's change, but it was already too late, Aina had already removed all the undead from the ship.
"Well, then. Let's put the finishing touches."
Aina approached Duma's upper body and drew her sword from her waist. Then, without hesitation, she slashed Duma's neck off as if she were cutting vegetables with a knife.
"Whoa–!? Aina, what do you think you are DOING!?"
Aina did not answer Takashi but instead grabbed Duma's head from a handful of her hair.
"Yo–se—i!"
With a strange shout, she threw it into the sea. After drawing a parabola, the head of Duma fell with a thud into the distant sea. Ignoring the dumbstruck and speechless Takashi and Excella, Aina deftly chopped off Duma's body into pieces. She then threw the limbs and other parts of the body in different directions.
"Sei, sei, se—i!"
After throwing all of Duma's body parts into the sea, Aina smiled with satisfaction.
"After all this effort, even a deathless person can't come back from the dead, can she?"
Takashi, who had been dumbfounded by the spectacle, finally opened his mouth.
"You didn't have to go this far!! Did you!? Duma, had already reformed!!"
"Huh? It is impossible for a demon to be reformed. 'After cajoling them, kill them by taking advantage of the opening.' ——— this is the correct way to utilize pritis."
"Did Master, say SUCH a thing!?"
"No. It was my idea. But you know, right? This world is savage. It's kill or be killed!"
"B-But that doesn't mean…!"
Takashi looked at the sea where Duma had been thrown away, biting his lip in frustration.
With no undead or Duma, the deck was deserted. Suddenly, the ship swayed, and Excella, who had been standing next to Takashi, grabbed onto the mast.
"W-What is happening!?"
Takashi looked around. The landscape, which had been stationary until now, was now moving. Duma's ship, which had been anchored at sea for some time, began to move slowly.
(Is the ship moving on its own!?)
With a click of her tongue, "Tsk," Aina headed aft (toward the stern of the ship). Takashi and Excella followed.
In the steering cabin, an old wooden rudder swayed unsteadily from side to side.
"No one is here… even so, what?"
Takashi muttered anxiously. Aina put her hand on her chin and looked like she was thinking.
"Uh-huh. It seems that this ship has been powered by Duma's magical power until now. And I kicked Duma off the ship. That's why the ship lost its rudder and started drifting!"
"Makes sense… Wait, then, this is Aina's fault!! Why are you, taking that attitude?"
"THAT'S RIGHT! Because she threw them out 'poi-poi' without caring who they were!!"
"Y-You're so obnoxious! At the very least, I can steer a ship!"
Aina said this and took the helm in her hands. She was just about to say, "For the time being, let's go back to the imperial capital," and turn the rudder back when ——— the rudder handle came off with a cracking sound of "gokin."
Aina said, "Ah," while making a stupid sound.
"…It looks like it's rotten."
"What are we going to do, now!? AINA!!"
"Lord Hero! Calm yourself. This is but a minor problem!"
(This is but a minor problem, for real!?…!)
"S-Seriously, is it going to be alright?"
Excella anxiously grabbed the hem of Takashi's clothes. The ship was gradually increasing its sailing speed. The ship was moving forward with no destination, swaying and shaking. Suddenly, Takashi's seasickness began to reappear.
"Uughpu!"
"Lord Hero!"
Excella rubbed Takashi's back as he crouched down. Aina looked at him as if she were seeing something worthless.
