"Dave, what are you doing!"

It was then that the players were able to react even though they could see time was being reversed and repeated. Zambia made a move but Juma stopped him, two Temporal Warriors clashing was not a good thing.

"Stop your man, this instant!" Zambia shouted at them before he glared at Allen.

"Sever!" Seth shouted from the explosion. And a wave of red strings floating thinly around thickened and hardened, by the time the red-cloaked player that attacked Seth realized he was entangled, he was being shredded.

The red cloak player turned to mist with a groan before his shadow moved away from the mist and the player came out from it. stranged guns in his hand and then he aimed.

Boom!

"Force…"

The azure attire force field shield popped on and blasted the explosion away but the second gun fired but by then, Seth had called Vela. And with his fast mind, he was able to see the trajectory of the bullets and moved away from it but he found the bullet tilting his way.

"Retina: Strong Defence!" He muttered.

With a wave of his hand, the strings thickened and went against the bullet path and a small explosion happened.

"Dave, please. Stop this!" The dark skin broad shoulder player said.

"Leave me alone. I told you my oath!" The player named Dave said.

"You leave me no choice!" Zambia said and he brought out his weapon but the other 8 people all stood to defend Dave. The player was with them as such they will defend him.

"This is madness." Allen shouted, "we are here to discuss how to escape not kill each other. Dave, why are you doing this? Seth saved us from the deceit dragon, he is also a tracker and professional traveller. We need him!"

"He is also a traitor that doesn't care for anyone. A person that is willing to kill his fellow human for his goal. Never trust him, he is a Silent Venom!" Dave said with fury in his voice.

"Haha," Seth laughed, "An African prince with green eyes!"

Dave froze and lowered the gun, his eyes widened, and his heart bleed as he heard that.

"What was his name? I can't remember but I do remember Zezna Redone. Pretty girls, India, small mouth, dark eyes and hair but greying out due to harsh conditions." He added, saying all that, make Zambia and the rest have their heart skip a bit

"Such a beautiful creature dried to the bones but strong enough to survive longer than most 30+ players against the sucking of an ancient tree!"

Dave's aura became dark as he glared at Seth.

"I participated in a seemingly joyous ceremony under the tree. The shaman, the cult leader, the Valley Listener and other elders. The hidden village bowed as I walked by their side. What a glorious occasion!" Seth added.

"He is lying, I saw him talking to the Red Valley chief and there is no feud between them!" A lady from Dave's group said she was there at the crater.

"It's true. He told no lies!" Rena said, "Seth, please explain yourself!" She said gloomily.

Zambia was confused, he wanted to protect Seth from the Temporal Warrior but what was said and what was presented didn't make sense. It's as if Seth was an evil person.

"I, Fratile Redone, summon thee. Help me kill this foul person, Sascile Redone!" And a drop of blood dripped from his hand. Then a Red Ghost appeared and coming in contact with the blood, it expanded and became a huge bubble before it burst into a 4-meter-tall red monster.

Two legs, two arms like a bear, and smooth leather skin, but then it began to change. Red hair grew, its faceless became more like a gorilla, horn at its elbow, knee and hills grew then its eyes became as dark as an abyss as it took Seth's body in it entirely.

"You wasted this skill to kill him! You should have made it face a dragon" An older man said from their group. Zambia was about to move when Seth said, "This is between the two of us. You can have my compass if I die here!"

Suddenly, the gorilla moved due to its speed. It seemed to have just appeared beside Seth, punching forward but Seth's green cloak was faster, it turned red and wrapped around the hand and squeezed it into a ball, intending to crush.

It was when that happened and the wind blew because of the beast's movement that the players realized what happened. But then time reversed by one second, this time the beast smashed the ground and the rubble bounced and he grabbed and threw them as fast as he was able to move.

The red string weaved and protected Seth, shattering the rubble into small pieces which Seth was able to take with his shifting armour. But even that felt like a bullet's impact.

The beast then dashed to Seth like before but this time trying to be faster however, it was for nought, as he was captured by the red cloak. The Second reversed again when the rubble was shot.

This time after that, Dave had his weapon on hand and he banged the concave drum with the stick. Seth knew how that works, the force it created can't be defended easily.

And sure enough, a massive round milky shield appeared before it flew at Seth.

Pop!

He busted like a bubble but the red beast turned toward a certain direction and punched. Seth appeared there holding something that released a sound wave in milliseconds. That blasted the beast and Dave together.

A large soft mountain crushed and a mini tremor shook the ground. As the beast woke up, it found a thick liquid flowing around and encased it while releasing pressure on it.

Seth appeared and inserted a Drumming Scale that emits a particular sound which made the beast silent and fearful.

Dave was far away, the beast had pushed him from the blast radius. His bones were broken, and his weapons were scattered through. The sound almost hit him point blank but even that was enough to shatter his eardrum and disoriented him.

"You see. Red Valley is a very dangerous place. However, by many people's standards, the place I came from was ten times more horrifying, to say the least!" Seth said casually and that was the first time Seth ever mentioned the place he came from. People were dying to know where.

"Why aren't you using more Temporal powers? What you showed seems weak and underwhelming!" Seth added but then he looked up, the moon was crescent and then he remembered the carnage he had been through and survived.

He didn't even check his stats to know what he was capable of. Another thing was, it felt like his halo was helping him.

But ultimately Dave was holding back.

"Why did you betray us? Why try to kill Redop? Why side with cultists that sacrifice us for their freedom? Are you not a human!" He stood, his injury healed, and his hood collapsed back.

Half his face was burned, his left eye was no more, his left cheek was just muscle, and one can see his teeth. Seth stared at him with zero emotions.

He found it strange, this was not like him. He shall sympathize but he felt almost nothing for what happened to him. If there was anything, he felt sad that Dave was living a delusion that he was an enemy.

'Redop. How far have you gone!' Seth thought. "Is that all you have faced?" He asked coldly, the burnt part of Dave cackled in red electricity, and the empty red socket glowed red.

Fast as lightning, the electricity flashed toward Seth but a sigh escaped his mouth and he muttered, "Retina!" A string intercepted the lightning and sucked it dry before sending it to the beast in the red bubble that it was connected with.

Dave appeared before Seth with a black blade that has a dark edge aiming at his heart. The cloak moved and silver light appeared interestingly, the blade's dark edge and its effect were nullified.

Now with a thought, the string bound Dave close to Seth and Vela Aspecto at full power, Seth's hand appeared on Dave's shoulder. That was when one of his group just appeared beside Seth with a pistol at that moment Seth was saying,

"My dear friend, anger will not protect you from the dangers of this place."

The pistol was shot and Zambia made a move but another Temporal Warrior locked him away for a second.

Booooo!

Two meters radius of Seth was depressed as a powerful pressure descended. The pistol owner and his hand were crushed to mist and his pistol to pieces. If not for that other Temporal Warrior saving him, he would have died there.
