The Typhoon's Dangerous Wife

Five months later. 

"You said we are on our honeymoon?!"

"We were," Long Jie replied in a calm voice. "I promised you a fifteen days honeymoon in the Mediterranean." 

"Ouch!" Zhenyi pinched his tanned abdomen while glaring at him. "Ouch! Zhenyi! Jeez, what are you doing?"

"You never said that you will force me to work on the sixteenth day," Zhenyi said as she glared at him intensely. She should have understood that she wasn't a big bad wolf but the poor innocent lamb. Her husband played her again. She was over the moon when one day he surprised her with this amazing and delicious honeymoon trip. But boy, she was wrong, so wrong. 

With a wicked smile, Long Jie pinched her slightly chubby cheeks. He wondered what would happen if he told him that she had gained weight? 

"If we don't work, how would we attend the wedding?" He gently asked her. 

"Wedding?" Zhenyi furrowed her brows as she saw him opening the wardrobe and tossing clothes at her. "Whose wedding?!"

A bulb lit in her head immediately. 

A huge grin crept up to her face and she pounced on him. 

"Hey! Hey! Easy!" 

With her legs wrapped his waist and arms around his neck. A sloppy and wet kiss landed on his cheek. 

"You are the best!" Zhenyi exclaimed. Yes, her husband was the bestest in the whole wide world. 

"Really?"Long Jie inquired quite curiously. His wild wife was truly a tsundere. Just a moment ago, she was throwing a tantrum and now she was clinging to him like a koala. 

"Of course, "Zhenyi replied, adorably blinking her eyes at him. " You are planning a surprise wedding for me right? Our wedding anniversary is just a few days away. You will marry me again on our wedding day?!"

Now it was his turn to be stunned. Just how did her brain work? 

"You are not?"Zhenyi asked as she saw his stunned expression. 

"I--"

"Drop me on the bed," She immediately said, realizing that she was expecting too much. 

Obviously, there was no way he would not try to pacify his angry wife. 

"Cat eyes, how about you listen to me first?" The more he spoke, the uglier her face turned. She was trying her best not to claw his beautiful face. Realizing he was done for, he quickly thought of a way to save his ass from getting shot. " Okay, I will let you use those handcuffs on me if you accompany me today? After all, I can't carry out this mission without your help. " 

"Swear on me that you won't cheat this time?" Zhenyi squinted. 

"I swear on me that I won't cheat this time," Long Jie instantly repeated after her.

Donned in a white sleeveless crop top and washed denim jeans, Zhenyi was standing on the deck of the boat, and was looking at the moving yacht in front with the help of binoculars. 

"Doesn't look like there are more than ten people on the yacht, " Zhenyi informed her husband. "Tch. So careless! Did he think that just because he is hiding in the middle of the sea, no one will catch him?"

"Ming Ze is a cunning bastard. He really thought that he could ruin the Tang family with Xiuying. Poor him…. He doesn't even know that she was working against him from the very beginning…" 

Zhenyi hummed in reply. Zooming in on one particular spot, she asked, "When did you know that Xiuying was working for Ryuu?" 

"The same day when we informed him about Du Zheng and the mysterious girl," Long Jie revealed. 

She turned around to look at him in surprise, "You have known it for months? Why did you not tell me? I would have helped you guys." 

Long Jie cupped her face before leaving a tender kiss on her mouth. "You and Alcina are both impulsive. Apparently, you would have played hero and immediately discarded Xiuying for Alcina to unite Ryuu and Alcina." 

Zhenyi nodded. Well, wasn't it the most intelligent thing to do? This way, Faye would have gotten her parents too. 

"No, it isn't the most intelligent thing to do. Xiuying was just a pawn in the hands of the Ming family. Ryuu wanted to make sure she was safe from them. Moreover, Huo Yusheng was in their hands. He wanted to get rid of the Ming family and their allies without hurting Xiuying," Long Jie told his wife even though he knew she would just scoff at the logic. 

Even though Zhenyi and Ryuu were siblings. There was a huge difference between them. Zhenyi wouldn't think twice before killing anyone hindering her plans whereas Ryuu wouldn't touch an innocent. He would rather let an army of enemies go for saving one innocent. 

"Since I am impulsive, why are you not going there alone?" Zhenyi glared at him. "My ideas are always like me. Disorganized and impulsive." 

"Zhenyi," Long Jie warned her. "Let's not start it again." 

"So what if I had gotten rid of Xiuying from the beginning? Wasn't she just a nuisance? My poor niece suffered for nothing." Now Zhenyi was being unreasonable and she knew it too. But she was here to enjoy her time with her man not to kill someone. Moreover, she was tired, hungry, and…. horny.

"Sir, we have reached," the pilot said. 

"Let's go." 

"Whatever!"

"Long time no see, Mr. Ming!" 

The glass fell from Ming Ze's hand as a smiling Long Jie pointed a gun at his throat. 

"Guards!" He shouted but to no avail. 

"My wife is handling your guards," Long Jie answered him with an even more wide smile. "You see, she is angry at me. And your poor guards are gonna experience what it feels like to die at the hands of a frustrated and angry Zhenyi."
