Ming Ze couldn't be luckier that time. First, Xiuying was heartbroken as she found Han Yusheng cheating on her with her cousin. And she demanded to break her engagement with Huo Yusheng. Then, Xin Yichen appeared with the key to the door that would unlock their Kismet. 

However, just as the marriage thing with Lord Ryuu was finalized, Huo Yusheng approached him along with the evidence that showed how he was not in his senses and how he was plotted against. 

How could he let that boy take what he has been waiting for years? 

He joined hands with Huo Yusheng's enemies who also happen to be his step-siblings and removed him from his path. 

"What did you guys do to Huo Yusheng?" Long Jie asked. His main motive to come after Ming Ze was to find Huo Yusheng. 

It took them almost four months to know that it was Ming Ze who was behind Huo Yusheng's disappearance. 

"He is held hostage by our men in Austria, " Ming Ze replied in a monotonous tone."The Huo family wanted to get rid of him because he was dangerous for their business. They supported us." 

"Tell me the exact address where Huo Yusheng is?"

Ming Ze informed him of the exact address. 

"Who gives you the courage to go against the Tang family?" Zhenyi asked him, this time very seriously. 

"Jin family, "Ming Ze answered. 

Zhenyi gestured to him to complete what he had to say because she was one of those people who believed that everything that's happening had to have a backstory. 

Moreover, she was investigating the Jin family secretly but to no avail...

"Many years ago, Jin family planned Lady Tang's death," Ming Ze started speaking. Long Jie was shocked to hear what the latter said but Zhenyi didn't look shocked. She was calm, too calm as if she was aware of it.

Ming Ze continued with a sigh, "They asked for our support but my father refused because Tang Reine was a dictator, a very powerful dictator. She could shake the country with her single move. Everyone who the Jin family asked for support denied because they were honestly scared of her." 

Taking a small pause he said, " She was a very scary woman. She never cared for the consequences. And she was never kind to betrayals. Although every single family serving the Tang family hated her, they couldn't deny that she was good for business. During her time, they all got more wealthy and powerful." 

It was true that Tang Reine was a true psychopath but an intelligent psychopath nonetheless. She could make money out of a bag of sand. 

Everyone knew that the Tang family was rich but no one knew how much. 

Zhenyi heard him say, "But when the Jin family succeeded in killing her and the child in her womb, the other families were left speechless. For a long time, they couldn't believe it really happened. And when all of us were ready to overthrow the Tang family for the Jin family… Lord Ryuu emerged." 

Of course, every sane person would be infuriated if what happened to all these families would happen to them too. They seemed for years to get rid of a woman only to be stuck with a man who worshipped the land she walked on. 

They didn't know who Lord Ryuu was. The old Tang had announced when he gave his position to his daughter that after his daughter someone else who was also a Tang would lead the family to a greater height. But no one knew who he/she was. 

In the end, no one had expected to be ruled by a teenage boy. 

Ming Ze continued," Lord Ryuu changed everything. People started to adore him. He was like a god to them. He brought more profits and power. If Tang Reine was powerful because people feared her, Lord Ryuu is untouchable because these families cherish him too much." 

"What happened to the Jin family? Did they not schemed to get rid of him?" Zhenyi asked him. She wanted to know if Jin family was still playing with Ryuu. 

"You don't know what happened to them?"Ming Ze looked at him in surprise. 

"No," Zhenyi replied immediately. She had been investigating them but get nothing in result. 

"More than Five years ago, Jin family's spies were almost successful in assassinating Lord Ryuu but at the last moment, he was saved by a woman in a very weird disguise," Ming Ze said in a bitter voice. It was evident from his voice that he didn't like the outcome. "But the Jin family's spies recognized her as the same woman who Tang Reine had brought to the Tang family many years ago. If I remember correctly, she was her best friend's daughter."

Zhenyi and Long Jie look at each other in shock. 

Just who was Alcina?

Was she a superwoman? 

"Then, she killed the Jin family's spies?"Long Jie asked him. He knew better than anyone what that frail was capable of doing. 

Ming Ze sneered. "They were two people against an army of a hundred. And not to mention, she was heavily pregnant. They went into hiding. That bitch was so smart that not even the close men of Lord Ryuu could find them." 

At that time, Alcina was pregnant with Faye. Ryuu had locked him saying it was to stop her from running away with his kid. But he never told her that it was because they were getting hunted. 

If not for Alcina's fox-like brain, she would not have been able to reach Ryuu that day. In the end, she was ready to die with him if she failed to save the three of them.
