The Typhoon's Dangerous Wife

Long Jie was currently sitting across from Feng Siyan who was examining the video sent by Sam inside a room. It was a room built inside Tang Palace where most of the technical tasks were done. An elite team was responsible for the same. 

Around two hours ago, Alcina was taken to the hospital. Her condition had suddenly deteriorated due to a rise in her blood pressure. She had been under a lot of stress lately and so she was put on strict bed rest. 

Ryuu was still guarding his wife in the hospital, daring no to let her slip before his eyes. 

This time was very hard for the Xin family. One father was leaving no stone unturned to free his daughter and the other father was making sure his unborn child and wife defeat this calamity that struck them. 

While he was just thinking if this disaster could have been prevented if he had stayed beside his wife. If he had been beside Zhenyi's side, she wouldn't have been suffering all alone with their first baby in her womb. 

Long Jie still couldn't believe that he was going to be a father. The joy he felt when he learned about this news, he couldn't describe it in words. 

When he had learned that Long Ah Shaan was his biological father rather than Long Shaoming, he had felt as if he had lost his existence. That scary emptiness that he had been feeling was wiped by the news of the arrival of his own blood and flesh in the world. 

Long Jie's heart melted as he imagined how beautiful it would be when his son or daughter would come to this world. He was going to love his child so much that he/she would get sick of getting loved, but he wouldn't get sick of loving them, caring for them and cherishing them. 

He would get his Zhenyi back at all costs. And finally, he had some leads. He wouldn't be able to remove the murder allegations from her name, but these proofs at least could help her in granting her bail. 

Of course, his wife had no will to come back so soon. As much as he knew her, she was certainly sitting there, scheming the demise of people. But he was scared this time. He wanted her safe along with their baby. 

What surprised and amused him the most was how skillful his wife was in hiding the news. Not even police medical reports could discover that she was planning. This shows that she had connections and some dangerous power behind her. 

"What's amusing you?"Feng Siyan couldn't help but ask. He had been seeing a myriad of emotions passing on his friend's face. Seemed like he had gotten crazy after his wife went to jail. 

"Nothing," Long Jie sighed. He wasn't going to tell the news to anyone yet. He would wait for Zhenyi to come out. He looked at the computer screen and asked,"What did you find?" 

Feng Siyan's posture immediately changed and his expression became serious. He pointed at a particular figure on the screen and said,"As you can see, this person is pouring gasoline all around the villa. This side of the property is neither used for cemetery nor for exit. Miss Xin didn't know about this path. Only the person who was clear about the blueprints of the property knew about it." 

"Zhenyi's standing at the gates of the property with her guards," Long Jie added. "We can prove them that the property wasn't just burn by the bomb. As for where the bomb came from, we are investigating the matter. Anything else you noticed?"

A man, who had been immersed in the video until now, said,"Sir! Here is something we found!"

Long Jie and Feng Siyan immediately went over there and saw what he was showing. "Isn't this uniform of Du guards? They are burning their own property?" 

The man continued to zoom on that side. And when he paused, he said,"Sir, this car had been standing there from end till the beginning. No one came out of the car. It only moved when the house finally burned down."

It was as if they finally found something substantial to help Zhenyi. Although it was not big, it still could be manipulated to make it look big. 

"Send the evidence to the police but make sure to twist it in favor of Zhenyi," Long Jie told Feng Siyan. He paused for a minute before adding,"And arrange a meeting with Officer Zheng. It's time that he and I talk face to face once again."

"Stop doing this!" A woman shrieked as another one poured a cup of lukewarm coffee on a man's head. 

"You evil woman!" The woman named Miaomiao shouted. "What the hell are you doing?"

Once again, Aria was found in a brawl against her ex-boyfriend Chen Zihang's current girlfriend, Ming Yu.

"Aria! What are you doing?" Ming Yu, Aria's cousin caught her by her waist and stopped her from pouncing on the bitchy ex. 

"How dare you call my family names?!"Aria growled. She wasn't the same Aria Qin who endured insults a year ago from these people. "Do you think that I need to covet this second hand man of yours?! You have been using things discarded by me since the beginning and dare say that I am snatching him from you?!"

"Miaomiao, let's leave,"Chen Zihang said. He had been rejected by Aria and he couldn't let his current girlfriend know this truth. He didn't want to hurt her by telling her that he was jealous that Aria found someone. He couldn't bear to see a mere police officer being her boyfriend. 

"No, Zihang, I need to teach her a lesson--"Before Chen Zihang or Ming Yu could say anything or do something to prevent them from fighting, Aria and Miaomiao got into another bloody fight. 

The matter deteriorated to this extent that police were called and both the women were taken into custody for engaging in a fight in a public place. 

Inside the police station, both Aria and Xu Miaomiao were sitting on the same bench with their hands handcuffed. A female officer came to record their statement. Her face was showing how much displeasure she was while talking to them. But suddenly, her face changed as a person dressed in a uniform that defined his higher rank appeared. 

"Officer Zheng?" The female officer showed a shy male as she straightened up her back to walk to his direction but before she could take any further step, Aria shoved her leg making the female officer stumble and finally fall down on the floor. 

Aria hid a bashful smile on her face as she saw the female officer kissing the ground. However, her actions were seen early by a certain officer who had just come. Ignoring the looks on her face, he put forward his hand to the female officer to help her up. 

The female officer, who was initially embarrassed and angry, felt spring come over as her idol helped her stand up. She thanked him in a soft voice. 

Zheng Han (Officer Zheng) just smiled at her.

Before he could do or say anything Chen Zihang and Ming Yu appeared with their respective lawyers. 

"Aria, are you alright?" Ming Yu asked her in a worried tone. If his aunt got to know that Aria was in jail, he dared not fathom the consequences. She would surely end this girl. And if his mother got to know that Aria was hurt in any way, he would end this boy. 

"Zihang,"Miaomiao whispered as Chen Zihang came. 

In the next moments, both of them were realized after several warnings. 

"Let's go back,"Ming Yu said as he opened the door to the car. 

He saw that Aria's gaze was still behind where a man and woman were standing under the dimly lit area, dressed in fine uniforms, appearing as if they were the embodiment of justice. 

"

"Isn't he your boyfriend?"Ming Yu asked. He and Aria were pretty close and it wasn't out of ordinary that he knew that Aria had a boyfriend who was a police officer. 

"He was," Aria murmured, her gaze settled on that damned man's face. 

When Zheng Han had caught her gaze, he bid goodbye to his colleagues and moved in her direction. He could feel her glare from a miles away. 

"Go in," Aria told Ming Yu. 

"What?"Ming Yu didn't understand. 

"Go inside the car,"She told her slow cousin who nodded and did as he was told. 

When Zheng Han stood before Aria, his so-called ex girlfriend, he didn't say anything. It was only when her hand slowly raised and made its way on his cheek. 

"This is for taking advantage of my trust, "Aria spat out. She slapped him again. " This is breaking my heart." 

Zheng Han didn't stop her from slapping him. He knew that he deserved it. 

In the end, Aria hugged him, not leaving him for several minutes. "This is for never meeting again."
