The Typhoon's Dangerous Wife

When they reached China, Ryuu would be waiting for them at the airport. Alcina had now changed into a thin layer of clothing. It wasn't as cold as it was there and she was sweating in those warm clothes. Thankfully, Feng Siyan brought everything she would need. The jet would land in Beijing in a few hours and Xiaobao was peacefully sleeping. Thus, she decided to have a conversation with Feng Siyan as she had been away from home for a long time now. 

"How is everyone at home?" Alcina asked him. She didn't know what happened back home when she was kidnapped. What she was worried about the most was Zhenyi and Long Jie. 

"Mrs Long is back home," Feng Siyan replied as if he could hear her silent question. " Her innocence was proved."

"How?" Alcina couldn't help but ask. Even she wanted to know how Zhenyi managed to leave this great danger behind. It was a well-laid plan and as much as she knew that freak Long Sheng, he would never leave Zhenyi and Long Jie alone until he ruin them. 

"The girl Yue Ling, "Feng Siyan said in a tone that even he couldn't understand until now how and why things happened the way they did. He added with a sigh," She was alive. She was presented in the court and she revealed the truth of the matter." 

"What really happened that day?" Alcina ended up asking Feng Siyan. 

"That day, Mrs Long received the call from officer Zheng that he was willing to do anything for her as long as he saves that girl," Feng Siyan said. "And that was what she did, but not for him. She had her own reasons as you are well aware of it. When she entered the house, she found Du Zheng shot and stabbed." He took a small pause and then added, "Instead of him, she chose to save the girl but before he could save her, the girl disappeared. We didn't know much about what transpired there but she was taken out of there even before Mrs Long reached there. She told the court the truth and Mrs Long was proved." 

"So, Zhenyi and Long Jie are finally happy," Alcina said after hearing the story. 

"It wasn't that easy, Madam," Feng Siyan said with a smile. She could see that he didn't appear too happy at the mention of Long Jie's name. 

Were they not friends? Or have they have been fighting too?;

"What do you mean?" Alcina asked, narrowing her eyes at him. 

When she heard his next moment, she froze for a second. 

"Long Jie's uncle Long Sheng is in a comatose state," Feng Siyan informed her with a dramatic sigh. "The Long clan is in a mess."

"What happened to him?" Alcina quickly asked him. Why the hell Long Sheng was in the hospital? 

"He was found half-dead," Feng Siyan replied in a monotonous state. "Someone hit him at the most sensitive part of the brain. Even if he manages to not die, he wouldn't be able to leave the hospital. The doctors said that one part of his body is already paralyzed." 

Alcina's heart shook in her chest. Even if he survived, he wouldn't have an easy death. He couldn't move his organs. He couldn't do any function that a normal human could. He did everything for power but what did he get in the end? Not even all the wealth of the world could make him normal again. He had to live with that useless body all his life.

As if she was reminded of something, she asked him, "What does his health have to do with the clan?"

Even if Long Sheng died, it would have the least effect on the clan. He was the unambitious son of late Long Yuhan. Even though it was a lie, it would be the only truth the world would ever know. 

As for what to do with Long Sheng, it would be the Tang Family's decision as Tang Reine's death was planned by Long Sheng. He tried to not hurt her but Jun too. Jun had told her the whole story of how he became the prodigal son of the Jun clan and how he was thrown out of it when the truth was revealed that he wasn't carrying Jun blood in his veins. 

"Madam, Long Jie left his position," Feng Siyan said shocking Alcina. How could she not be surprised. Her brother put up with that horrible family for the only thing and that was being the leader of it. How did he leave his position just like that? 

She heard Feng Siyan further saying," He gave up all the shares and the property he received from the Long family. In the future, the Long family had nothing to do with him. And this was not only his decision but Song Lily's too. He fulfilled the only wish she asked for raising him all these years." 

"What do you mean?" Alcina asked. 

"He confronted the Long family, "Feng Siyan said. "He wasn't Song Lily and Long Shaoming's son. The Long family has a new head and Madam."

"Who is it? Long Wei and Zhao Meilin?" Alcina asked hopefully. 

Feng Siyan shook her head. "Long Wei refused to take the title."

"Then who?" Alcina was now dying with curiosity. 

"Long Yuan and his wife."

Alcina rolled her eyes. Nope, she didn't mind that Song Lily's only and favourite son got the title. He was Long Shaoming's real son, the real person who deserved it. Long Ah shaan's children were better off without this family. She said, "Good for them. My brother is finally out of the family of snakes. I can't be happier." 

"What was Zhenyi's reaction?" Alcina still asked him. What if Zhenyi decided to leave her brother at the most difficult time of his life? 

"Do you think he will do anything without considering his wife?" Feng Siyan gave her a dirty look. 

"I don't think so, "Alcina said, nodding her head. Her brother was a wife slave. 

"She said she was happy with his decision," Feng Siyan felt the need to tell her. "It was up to his wishes and she would follow him in whatever he wanted." 

 "What about Faye?" Alcina asked after a while. 

"Ever since she knew about your disappearance, her fevers are back. But she is better than before."

Alcina smiled sadly and didn't say anything.. She missed her baby girl.
