The Wife of Hades

"You do know what he means," An Luxia said, narrowing her eyes, "Now tell me if you don't want to suffer, where is she?"

He Muya shuddered at the way An Luxia looked at her, but she kept her stance, "We don't know where she is."

Of course she couldn't tell An Luxia! Li Yilan was their only child! Of course they couldn't let her go into jail for what she did. Even though they also knew that what Li Yilan did was wrong, they still couldn't just watch her go into prison and ruin her life!

Plus, where would their money come from if Li Yilan went to jail? They couldn't let that happen! So, they had to keep their lips sealed no matter what!

"Get another bucket," An Luxia said this time, leaning back against the chair as she crossed her arms together, Mo Han looked at her, slightly surprised that she was like this. However, he had no complaints! He liked this side of An Luxia as well.

The workers also listened to their boss's wife and grabbed another bucket of ice cold water. The cold temperature only made it ten times worse.

"No! No! An Luxia, you can't do this to us! We are your parents! You ungrateful b****! How did I give birth to you?! I - Ah!" The bucket of ice water was dumped mercilessly onto both of their heads and they shivered violently in the coldness.

"Tell me! Where is she?"

"We won't!"

An Luxia jumped up from the chair, lunging forward and grabbing onto Li Qiyu's neck with her hand, her eyes glaring at the both of them. They could not move since their arms and legs were tied to the back of the chair, and Li Qiyu started coughing aggressively.

Mo Han also jumped up, walking over to An Luxia. He did not stop him since he has done much worse things to victims in his hands, but he did not want her to get blood on her hands.

After a while, she let go and brushed her hands past her hair, slightly surprised by her own actions. However, it was natural that she was cruel right now! She had almost died because of their daughter and now they were still protecting her!

"We won't tell you!" Li Qiyu screamed after he had stopped coughing. He had to protect her daughter! After all, if she went to prison, then they would be left to pay all the debt and provide for themselves. That couldn't happen!

An Luxia turned to Mo Han this time, her eyes fired with anger, "Do you have any other things I could use?"

The way she said it almost sounded like she was excited to torture her parents, and Mo Han smiled, thinking that he was a very good influence on An Luxia!

He immediately turned around, excited to show his wifey his amazing collection!

"Go bring my knife and gun collection!" 

At once, He Muya and Li Qiyu screamed together in fear and they almost peed their pants in fear. 

An Luxia was also surprised and she quickly stopped the person who was going, "Wait, wait! I don't mean like actual weapons. . ." She leaned closer to Mo Han and lowered her voice, "We don't actually want to get in trouble, right?"

Mo Han could not hide his disappointment but he agreed. He did not want any trouble to find her, "Okay. . . Then go get the electric chair."

Hearing this was not much better and both He Muya and Li Qiyu looked at each other in fear. They were obviously both thinking about just telling An Luxia where Li Yilan was, but they still held on by biting their lips and not saying anything.

In a minute, a large and very heavy-looking chair was carried into the room, and it was just like the electric chairs in the movies.

An Luxia turned and looked at her parents with a grim smile, "Now tell me, which of you would like to go first?"

Both of them avoided all eye contact and tried to move away as far as they could, which only made An Luxia smile more.

She straightened her back and tilted her head slightly, "Hm. . . How about I'll be generous."

She smiled, "If you tell me where Li Yilan is, I will give you guys 5 million dollars. Now doesn't that sound like an amazing deal?"

From hearing this, everyone in the room was shocked, including Mo Han. She didn't have to! He had a ton of torture methods up his sleeve that would force them to tell the truth. However, he trusted An Luxia and did not say anything.

He Muya and Li Qiyu exchanged a very long glance and they were obviously very intrigued but they had also promised their daughter to not tell An Luxia no matter what.

They were in a very big dilemma and both of them had their lips tightly pressed together, probably to avoid slipping out the answer.

Finally, He Muya turned to look at An Luxia, "Where would you get this money from?! How would you even have this money to give us?! Ch!"

Li Qiyu also realized this and he turned to look at his daughter, "Exactly! Do you even have this money?! Stop trying to lie to us!"

An Luxia grinned and pushed her hair to the back of her ears, stepping back and wrapping her arm around Mo Han's elbow, "You are right. I indeed don't have this money. . ."

He Muya and Li Qiyu both scoffed and rolled their eyes.

". . . But my husband does." An Luxia's smile widened, "I can promise you that I have this money, so you do not have to worry about me having this money or not."

Both He Muya and Li Qiyu were very surprised by this answer, and they turned their attention to Mo Han, "Really? I don't trust you! What does he even do to have this amount of money?"

An Luxia shrugged, "It is up to you whether you trust me or not. Since you don't want this deal, then let's just continue with the other messages."

She turned around and looked at the men standing at the door, "Go and tie my beloved father to the electric chair."

"No, no!" Li Qiyu screamed, but the men listened to their lady boss and untied Li Qiyu from his original chair and over to the electric chair.

"You can't do this to me! I am old and I will get a heart attack! If I do, you will go to jail!" 

He Muya was also crying tears of fear by now, "Yes! An Luxia, you can't do this to us! You will get in trouble!"

An Luxia didn't care as she had the people start the chair, and once the chair was started, Li Qiyu started screaming at once as electric shocks came in waves.

After a few seconds, An Luxia could not stand the screaming anymore. After all, even though she hated them and wanted them to suffer for their actions, her heart seemed to jump out of her chest with every scream. It was a sense of torture to her too.

"Stop it," she said. However, she could not let her act go through, "Now go bind my mother to the chair! I should be fair, right? I can't be partial, right?"

"No, no!" He Muya screamed, "I am your mother! You can't do this to me!"

Well, An Luxia can since in a minute, He Muya was on the electric chair and Li Qiyu was bound back onto the rough wooden chair. He had his eyes closed and An Luxia could not tell if he was unconscious or not as he was mumbling something.

For He Muya, the electric shocks did not last a long time either, and An Luxia only had it turned on for about half a minute before having the people turn it off.

However, for He Muya, the thirty seconds felt like a lifetime.

As the people carried He Muya back to the wooden chair, she gasped, "Oh, I'm going to get a heart attack. I'm going to die. . ."

An Luxia gave them a minute to regain full consciousness as she took a sip of water and looked over at Mo Han, who smiled back at her. He sat right next to her, not doing anything and only watching the amazing show in front of him.

After a while, Li Qiyu opened his eyes and said, "She is your sister!" 

An Luxia furrowed her eyebrows together.

"Even if she did something wrong, you should still forgive her as her older sister! Plus, we are your parents too! You -"

"If she was my sister, she wouldn't try to murder me!" An Luxia jumped from the chair, unable to hold her anger.

Why were they so partial?! She was also their child! Was she not their daughter? Was Li Yilan not her sister?! These three people were absolutely disgusting!

An Luxia clenched her fists together, thinking that the most fortunate thing that has ever happened to her in her entire life must be that she was thrown away from this family.

"Yes, I am her sister so I tried to let some things go and convince myself that she is not worth my time, and you guys too aren't even worth a second of my time. However, she is insatiable! She keeps testing my limits, and today, she tried to kill me! If she were my sister, she wouldn't do that, and if you were my parents, you wouldn't be standing on her side now!"
