With his hand still carrying Luna, Ethan walked towards room number nine, occasionally glancing at his wife who couldn't hide the happy smile on her face.

Arriving at the door, Luna reached out to open the door, Ethan immediately took her in and then directed Luna to lock the door. After it was locked, the man took his wife to the bed.

before laying Luna on the bed, Ethan saw the atmosphere of the bed was so romantic, there were many red roses and the words "I love you hubby" on the wall right above the king-size bed with the white bed sheet. the man felt the smell of apples wafting into his nostrils.

"What if I don't want to go home because I'm too comfortable with you here?" asked Ethan in such a low voice, looking at Luna who was still in his arms.

"We're going to spend the night here," answered Luna while feeling Ethan's jaw which was covered with fine hairs, even though he had only been shaved for two weeks, but it had grown back.

Ethan looked at Luna so intensely, then leaned down to kiss her lips gently while walking to the left side of the bed, he slowly laid his wife's slender body on the bed still kissing her.

"You are the best in me, you make it all complete," whispered Ethan so sensually.

"And you are the best husband for me," Luna asserted with her breath ragged as if she had run out of oxygen. tonight her body seemed to tremble, different from the usual night when she was about to make love to her husband.

Ethan gently stroked Luna's cheek, then kissed her lips again, then kissed her neck, moving down to the part of her chest that was still covered in clothes.

slowly, Ethan unzipped Luna's dress, then took it off so gently that now his wife only wears a bra and underwear. with an unmoving gaze upon his wife, the man climbed into bed, straddled her smooth body, then kissed her lips again.

Luna closed her eyes, feeling the tingling sensation and the coldness of Ethan's lips biting her lips slowly, then moved to kiss her neck, her chest swelled and began to tense, then stopped in her belly.

Ethan was silent staring at Luna's belly which now has a fetus in it, he looked up at Luna then asked, "since when did you find out about this second pregnancy?"

Luna slightly raised her head to look at Ethan who was still kissing her belly. "The moment after being shot," answered Luna.

Ethan had left the emergency room to go to the police station to meet Richard and Sarah's father. Now, Luna was in the room only with the doctor.

"What happened, Doc, is there anything serious about the gunshot wound?" asked Luna angrily looking at her injured leg.

"No, your leg was only scratched by a bullet, the bullet didn't get lodged," answered the doctor smiled reassuringly.

"Then what is the important thing you want to say about me?" asked Luna again.

"Have you realized that you are currently pregnant?" The doctor asked again.

Luna frowned, her eyes darted to the door with a blank stare. "Pregnant?"

"Yeah, didn't you realize your pregnancy?" asked the doctor again.

Luna shook her head and remembered that she even had a baby who was still drinking her breast milk. "My two children are still not even one year old, I didn't expect to be pregnant again," she replied.

The doctor sighed looking at Luna who looked confused, then he asked, "have you ever been late for a pregnancy delay program?"

"Yes, Doc," answered Luna, remembering when she was late for a pregnancy-delaying injection while in Singapore, at that time she very often had sexual relations with Ethan and even always received seeds from her husband.

"We should make sure by doing an ultrasound because, from the physical alone, it is certain that you are pregnant," said the doctor.

Luna nodded in agreement, then the doctor took her in a wheelchair to the obstetrician's room.

when she arrived at the obstetrician's room, Luna was invited to lie down on a special narrow bed for an examination, she carefully climbed into the bed because her legs still hurt.

The doctor brought him out and let the obstetrician examine Luna.

"Don't be nervous," said the beautiful Doctor with a smile.

"I'm just confused, Doc," said Luna angrily.

"Why are you confused?" asked the Doctor as he pulled up Luna's t-shirt, then applied the gel to her stomach.

"My baby is still not even a year old, they are twins and I'm still breastfeeding them," explained Luna worriedly.

The doctor smiled faintly and understood Luna's concern or surprise about the pregnancy. "Don't worry, this often happens when a woman forgets the contraceptive program but all this is the God of the power, if it doesn't destined make you pregnant, maybe you won't get pregnant either." The doctor tried to calm Luna's heart.

Luna nodded in understanding and began to surrender to that fate because children are a guarantee and an incomparable gift.

the doctor began to put the object connected to the monitor into Luna's stomach that had been given the gel, then she shifted the object while looking at the monitor screen that displayed the condition of Luna's uterus.

Luna turned to stare at the monitor, she saw a small, very small dot in her womb. 'Could it be my third child?' Luna thought to herself, today is like a dream, she didn't think there would be a fetus in her belly.

"Look at that little dot, it's your fetus," the Doctor exclaimed, staring at the tiny dot on the monitor screen.

"Yes, I saw it, so small," replied Luna with teary eyes. "How many months old is it?"

"Probably only about four weeks, but your womb is strong enough, it will grow healthily," explained the doctor.

Luna smiled in admiration at the gift that God had given her, then she was worried that if her children were to have twins again, imagining that when she was pregnant with Keenan and Keyra felt so tiring.

"Will my baby have twins again, Doc?" asked Luna innocently.

The doctor chuckled at Luna's expression, which was initially surprised, then happy, and now worried. "No, it's not a twin, because there's only one dot," she replied then.

Luna breathed a sigh of relief, then the Doctor wiped her gelled belly with a tissue, throwing the tissue into the trash. The beautiful doctor immediately covered Luna's belly again by lowering the t-shirt that she was wearing.

"Don't wear jeans, I'm sorry for the baby," said the doctor as she cleaned up the ultrasound equipment.

"Yes, Doc," replied Luna.

Until a few moments, Luna chatted with the obstetrician, the doctor who had treated the wound on her leg came back into the room.

"How, is she pregnant?" the male doctor asked the obstetrician.

"Yeah, she didn't realize it," replied the obstetrician.

The male doctor approached Luna who was sitting on the bed, then checked the condition of the patient's legs.

"You can go home today, I will give the medicine as recommended for pregnant women," he said.

Luna only responded by nodding.

"It's better to stop breastfeeding your child, it's not good for them, for the fetus in your womb and also for you," said the obstetrician.

Luna just nodded understandingly with a worried mind for Keenan and Keyra who were still too young to have to stop breastfeeding, instead, they would have a new sibling.
