Chapter 711 Unuseful Panic
Villain Ch 711. Unuseful Panic
The taxi approached the entrance. Azura's eyes scanned the scene ahead. She could see Emma standing there, flanked by two butlers and a servant. A frown creased Azura's forehead at the sight, her mind racing with questions.
She knew Emma only had one butler, not two. The presence of an extra butler puzzled Azura, but she decided to let it slide for now. After all, she had bigger concerns at the moment.
The servant accompanying Emma was a familiar sight. Azura recognized him as one of the workers at the mansion, responsible for various tasks around the estate. Unlike the butlers, who served as personal assistants to Jordan and Emma, the servants typically handled more general duties within the household.
Despite her initial confusion, Azura couldn't deny the sense of reassurance that came with seeing Emma accompanied by additional staff. Perhaps it was Emma's initiative to ensure Azura's safety, or maybe there was another reason behind the increased presence of personnel. Either way, Azura reasoned, having more butlers around could only be a good thing.
The taxi pulled to a stop in front of the entrance to Goldborne's Mansion. Azura's heart raced. She wasted no time in fishing out the cash from her purse, handing it over to the driver without a word. Her attention was focused elsewhere, her gaze darting back to the street behind them to check if Allen's motorcycle was still following.
Once the driver had taken the money and the transaction was complete, Azura wasted no time in exiting the taxi. She didn't bother waiting for the change, her mind consumed by the urgency of her situation. Ignoring the driver's confused expression, she made a beeline for Emma, who stood waiting with a flat stare that hinted at disapproval. The taxi wasted no time in departing.
Emma's expression gave Azura pause, but she pushed aside any misgivings. She had bigger concerns at the moment.
"Don't give me that look," Azura complained, her voice tinged with anxiety. "I'm seriously scared."
Before either of them could delve further into their conversation, the sound of a revving engine caught their attention. The black motorcycle had arrived at the entrance.
Azura watched with a mix of anticipation and unease as Allen dismounted his sleek black motorcycle with casual ease. His movements were fluid, betraying a confidence that both intrigued and unsettled them. He removed his helmet and Azura couldn't help but notice the way his hair tousled slightly, the result of being confined under the protective gear.
With a nonchalant flick of his fingers, he attempted to smooth down the unruly strands.
The servant, recognizing Allen's arrival, swiftly approached to relieve him of his helmet. Without missing a beat, Allen handed it over, his attention already shifting towards Emma and Azura. Swiftly, he closed the distance between them, his hands continued to absentmindedly adjust his hair, a subconscious habit that added to his effortless allure.
Azura maintained her composed demeanor, her gaze meeting Allen's with a hint of curiosity. She felt a mixture of apprehension and fascination wash over her as she observed Allen's approach.
Kai was just about to greet Allen with a friendly nod, but before he could utter a word, Azura interjected with a surprising declaration. "Just for your information, he is not with me," she stated firmly, her tone carrying a hint of defiance.
Allen, who had been about to say something to Azura and Emma, paused, taken aback by Azura's sudden assertion. He exchanged a puzzled glance with Emma, who let out an exasperated sigh, knowing that she would have to clarify the situation.
"I know he's not with you," Emma retorted, her voice tinged with irritation. "Allen lives here. So he doesn't follow you, he simply returns to his home," she explained, her tone firm as she addressed Azura's misunderstanding.
Azura's frown deepened at Emma's revelation, her mind struggling to process the unexpected news. "Home?" she echoed, her voice laced with disbelief.
"Yes. He is my long lost brother. We just reunited recently," Emma stated.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
The realization that Allen was Emma's long-lost brother sent shockwaves through her, and she turned to Allen with wide eyes, seeking confirmation.

Allen's easy smile only added to Azura's bewilderment, but she couldn't deny the sincerity in his demeanor. As he extended his hand in introduction, Azura hesitated for a moment before tentatively accepting the gesture. "I'm Allen Goldborne. Nice to meet you," he said, his voice warm and welcoming.
Azura couldn't help but feel a sense of unease mingled with curiosity as she shook Allen's hand. The revelation that he was Emma's brother explained his presence at Goldborne's Mansion, but it also raised more questions than it answered. She wondered about their history, the reasons for their separation, and the circumstances of their reunion.
"It's not official yet though, since they still have to take care of the documents," Allen explained, his tone tinged with a hint of lightheartedness. Azura couldn't help but smile at his casual demeanor, finding herself drawn to his affable personality despite the unexpected turn of events.
Azura felt as though her mind had been thrown into a whirlwind of confusion. She stood there in stunned silence, her thoughts racing a mile a minute as she struggled to process the unexpected revelation. It was like her brain had short-circuited, unable to fully comprehend the plot twist that had just been unveiled before her.
She had been convinced that Allen was her stalker, her mind plagued by fear and suspicion at every turn. She had gone to great lengths to ensure her safety, even opting to take a taxi instead of allowing Allen to accompany her to Goldborne's Mansion.
But now, faced with the truth that Allen was not only innocent but also a member of the prestigious Goldborne family, Azura felt a wave of disbelief wash over her.
Her heart pounded in her chest as she replayed the events of the day in her mind, each piece of the puzzle falling into place with startling clarity. She remembered the way Allen had brought her to the café, his seemingly coincidental appearance at the train station, and the way he had insisted on accompanying her to Goldborne's Mansion.
All the while, she had been convinced that he was her stalker, oblivious to the truth that had been hiding in plain sight.
A pang of regret washed over Azura. She realized that all her fear and panic had been for nothing, born out of a misunderstanding that had spiraled out of control. If only she had known the truth sooner, she could have spared herself the unnecessary turmoil and allowed herself to enjoy Allen's company without reservation.
What do you think?
