When the event was over, Song Xing Xing looked at the ranking board and was relieved that her ranking did not drop too far. She checked on the materials that she had obtained as a reward and was glad that she only need a few more of the stones to increase her might again.

This was one of the reasons why Song Xing Xing would never want to miss the PK team arena. the reward from the ranking was very useful for her to increase her might.

The mail icon blinked again. Song Xing Xing clicked at the icon and found that Huo Yun Chen had sent her a private message.

General Huo: Sorry. I was not able to go online the past few days.

Not Your Little Star: It's fine. How are you? Are you doing alright?

General Huo: I'm doing alright. These days, my manager did not allow me to go online. He was worried that I would not be able to take it. It would be best if I keep a low profile.

Although the management had suppressed those nasty comments about Huo Yun Chen, there are still people who talked about him. Even though the agency had cleared up the matter about Huo Yun Chen partying, there are still people who think that Huo Yun Chen was not innocent.

Huo Yun Chen has fans as well as haters.

These days, Huo Yun Chen had come out with a new album, ventured into variety shows as well as dramas. Those haters saw that he wanted to try to return to the entertainment industry and was unhappy about it.

They saw that Huo Yun Chen was in a scandal and could not help but to flame the fire.

According to those haters, Huo Yun Chen had paid some money and let those girls testify for him.

Not Your Little Star: General Huo, tell me if you need my help, alright?

Huo Yun Chen who was resting at home was a little startled to read her message. He became acquainted with Song Xing Xing through the game and had only known her for a while. He knew well that this girl would not be able to help him with his problem. However, sensing her care and support made him feel warm.

General Huo: Little Star, thank you.

Song Xing Xing chatted with Huo Yun Chen for a while and only logged out once she was sure that the man was alright. 

The drama will continue its shooting in the studio next week and Song Xing Xing knew that she could still check on him later.

After she had quit her game, Song Xing Xing sat in the living room watching the TV with Mr. Fluffball accompanying her at her side. Once in a while, she would pick up her phone as if to check on something.

Her hand hovered on the screen as she hesitated to text her boyfriend. However, once she recalled that the man was going to have his dinner at his friend's place and decided that she should not bother him instead.

A foolish smile appeared on her face as she thought about Lu Xun again.

The gray cat saw the foolish look on his master's reacted and decided not to pay attention to her. He jumped on the cat apartment, looked around for his favorite coat, and meowed in disappointment when he recalled that someone had snatched it away from him.

Song Xing Xing continued to browse through the channel and almost jumped up in surprise when her phone started to ring. Her expression was bright with joy when she saw the name that she was waiting for. She slid her finger on the screen and pressed her phone on her ear.

"Xing Xing."

Her heart almost burst and the smile on her face widened when she heard his voice. Song Xing Xing had the urge to roll around the couch but was worried that she might sound silly while she talk to him later.

"Un." Her grip on her phone tightened. "Have you had your dinner? What did you eat?"

Lu Xun quickly listed up the food that he had eaten earlier. As she continued to listen to the list, Song Xing Xing could feel her stomach started to grumble.

She wished that she would be able to eat delicious food as well. However, after spending her time at Lu Xun's place the other day, Song Xing Xing realized that she had gained a little weight. She decided to restrain herself and only had a bowl of salad for her dinner.

"Uncle Lu Xun! Come over and play with me, alright?"

"Is that Li Xue?" Song Xing Xing asked when she heard the familiar voice in the background.

"Un." Lu Xun turned to the little girl and told her that he will come over to play with her once he was done with his call.

"Did she ask you to accompany her to play basketball?"

Lu Xun chuckled. "How did you know? Just now, I was asked to play a few rounds. She's really like his dad. The two of them can play basketball for hours."

Song Xing Xing was familiar with the little girl and had accompanied her to play before. Because she was the only girl in her family, Zhang Li Xue could be a little domineering. Her cousins and the younger boys would often listen to her. Song Xing Xing thought that this girl was like a little boss.

"When are you returning to Capital City?" Song Xing Xing asked.

The corner of his lips tilted into a smile. "You… did you miss me?"

Because he had deliberately spoken in a low voice, Song Xing Xing found his voice was especially mesmerizing. Her heartbeat accelerated and her face turned slightly red. She really wanted to scream with excitement to vent her feelings.

She took a few deep breaths to calm down and spoke. "Un. I miss you." Blood rushed up to her head, making her a little dizzy as she told him honestly what she felt. 

Meanwhile, Lu Xun halted when she heard her words. His eyes turned darker and his throat bobbed as he tried to suppress a rising itch in his heart. "Wait for me.. Once I have finished my business here, I will return to Capital City quickly."
