After her movie ended, Song Xing Xing went over to meet Bai Zhi at the meeting place.

When she arrived at the restaurant, there was only a couple inside the restaurant. A waiter ushered her to a table at a corner and Song Xing Xing took out her phone to check on her messages as she waited for Bai Zhi to show up.

Her eyes brightened when she saw that her younger brother, Song Wei's name on the screen.

Song Xing Xing and Song Wei were five years apart. Back then, her mother had thought that she would never get pregnant again after she gave birth to her. Surprisingly, Song Wei appeared five years later.

As an elder sister, Song Xing Xing loved her brother very much. However, each time she goes out with her brother, Song Xing Xing would often think that she was the younger one instead. Song Xing Xing was in the middle of composing her message when she noticed a shadow looming over. She lifted her head and her lips curved into a smile when she saw Bai Zhi with her sunglasses on.

"Sorry, did you wait for too long?" Bai Zhi flashed an apologetic smile before she slid into the chair.

"No. I just arrived a couple of minutes ago," Song Xing Xing said. She clicked on the send button and put her phone on the table.

Bai Zhi flashed a smile and held on to Song Xing Xing's hand. "It will be my treat this time. Just order whatever you want."

At this time, a waiter walked over with the menu. Seeing that Bai Zhi was wearing sunglasses, the waiter could not help but to cast a few glances at Bai Zhi, as he wondered whether he had stumbled into a famous person.

Bai Zhi waited for the waiter to leave with their order before she took off her glasses. "Will that be enough?"

"Mhmm… My stomach is a little full after drinking a cup of milk tea."

Bai Zhi took a deep breath before she held on to Song Xing Xing's hands again. "Xing Xing, I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to abandon you. But I cannot let anything happen to me at the moment. You know how hard it is for someone in the industry to survive."

"Xing Xing, you're the best." Bai Zhi gave a little squeeze on Song Xing Xing's hand. "That's right. How did you get out of the police station?"

"My cousin helped me," Song Xing Xing said.

"Your cousin?"

Bai Zhi has long been curious at how Song Xing Xing was able to leave the police station on the same day. Bai Zhi pondered about her words and thought that Song Xing Xing's explanation made sense. She was curious to know about the people that appeared on her friend's phone, but unfortunately, Song Xing Xing was forced to delete the picture from her phone before she left the police station and she did not recognize that wealthy young master.

She let out a breath of relief and smiled. "Fortunately, you did not have to go to court. I would be sad if you have to suffer so much because of me."

At this time, the waiter came back with their food order. He glanced at Bai Zhi and quickly looked away when he found that he could not recognize her face.

Song Xing Xing took a sip from her drink and spoke, "Bai Zhi, what about your relationship with Chang Yi? Have you talked to him?"

Hearing the questions made Bai Zhi a little unhappy. "We talked. But he did not admit it. He said that the person is only his senior and his senior wanted to introduce him to some people. Xing Xing, I wanted to trust him one more time."

Unfortunately, she no longer has the photo of Chang Yi and that model on her phone.
