Liu Yu Sheng looked at the person in front of her and frowned when she noticed her friend's unhappy face. "Xing Xing, let's go back to the studio, alright?"

Song Xing Xing nodded and turned to head upstairs to their studio. However, before she could take another step, someone tugged at her arms, forcing her to stop. Turning around, Song Xing Xing saw that Bai Zhi was biting her lips as she looked at her. The woman was looking back at her with a pair of pitiful eyes.

"Xing Xing, are you still angry?" Bai Zhi spoke. Her eyes darted around before she looked at Song Xing Xing again. "Sorry. Xing Xing, about that day, I will apologize to you again, alright?" Tears started to pool in her eyes. "I really didn't mean it. It was all a misunderstanding."

A few people seemed to notice a drama and decided to watch this scene. Song Xing Xing's mood plummeted, knowing what this former friend was trying to do.

Why didn't she notice that Bai Zhi was this kind of person?

Or perhaps she did realize that Bai Zhi was this kind of person. It was just that, she could still tolerate Bai Zhi as she had never harmed her before.

Song Xing Xing lowered her head. "Alright. I know. I'm not angry at you."

Bai Zhi started to panic. "Then, you go ahead and head upstairs." She forced a smile and tugged at Song Xing Xing's arms. "Xing Xing, when will you clock off work? How about I wait for you and we can grab some coffee and catch up, alright?"

"Let's do it next time. You know my work well. My working hours aren't like everyone else."

Bai Zhi showed an embarrassed expression.

Before she could speak more, Song Xing Xing turned around and headed upstairs with Liu Yu Sheng at her side.

Once they arrived in the studio, Song Xing Xing took a deep breath to calm down.

"Are you alright?"

Song Xing Xing turned to Liu Yu Sheng and forced a smile. "I'm fine. You don't have to worry about this. I'll be fine as long as I can avoid her."

Liu Yu Sheng heaved a sigh. The last time she had worked with Song Xing Xing at the previous company, she had often ran into Bai Zhi as well. She had never liked that woman and did not understand how Song Xing Xing could bear to be with someone like Bai Zhi.
