The next day, Song Xing Xing sent someone to the hotel to pick up Xia Yu. After fifteen minutes on the road, the vehicle finally stopped by a boutique.

When Xia Yu walked into the shop, she was not surprised to see Song Xing Xing and the two babies with her. Because she was taking the twin with her, Song Xing Xing had also bought along the nanny to look after the twin.

The girls sat obediently in their stroller with a biscuit in their hands. Their teeth were still growing and the girls often wanted to bite at something.

The moment they saw a familiar face in front of them, both Lu Jing and Lu Xia began to smile while waving their hands around. They started to babble incoherent words.

Then, as if noticing each other for the first time, the twins turned to look at each other and began to talk with each other. Lu Xia would say something and Lu Jing would laugh about it.

The atmosphere in the shop turned lively with the girls chattering. As for what were they talking about, no one could really understand their words.

"Xia Yu, you're here."

Hearing the voice, Xia Yu turned to look at her friend and noticed that there was another woman beside her.

"Let me introduce you," Song Xing Xing said. "Xia Yu, this is Celine. The owner and designer of this boutique. Celine, Xia Yu."

Celine stood up and shook hands with Xia Yu. After a brief greeting, they sat down and started to discuss the dress they were going to wear for the award.

"Miss Xia, I heard that this would be the first time you attend such an event," Celine said. "You don't have to worry. Just tell me your preferences. I will help you to find the best dress for you."

"This... I don't know much about any suitable dress," Xia Yu said. She was always dressed simply. As for a suitable dress that she can wear to a prestige award, Xia Yu knew nothing about it.

Celine gave Xia Yu a lookover. Then, she turned to her assistant and spoke a few words. "Miss Xia, why don't you come with me to the changing room? I am going to suggest a few dresses for you. If you found something that you like, please tell me."

"Xia Yu, go ahead" Song Xing Xing smiled. "Celine is really good at her job. I'm sure that you will find something that you like. Don't worry. I'll wait for you here."

After a brief hesitation, Xia Yu followed Celine to the fitting room. As she walked around the shop, Xia Yu could not stop looking around at the beautiful dresses on display.

Seeing how some of them were a little revealing made her blush.

She really could not imagine herself wearing any dress like that.

However, when Xia Yu walked out with the first dress that Celine had chosen, Xia Yu found that the back of her dress was too exposed. She tugged at her dress, feeling uncomfortable.

"That," Xia Yu hesitated. "I would prefer something less revealing. The back is too revealing."

"Well, I can find you something less revealing." Celine heaved a long sigh. "It's such a pity. Your back is too beautiful."

Xia Yu blushed, feeling slightly embarrassed that someone had praised her body.

After looking at a few dresses, Xia Yu finally listened to Celine and chose a black evening gown. Her back was still exposed slightly, but with the lace details, Xia Yu was not too shy.

While putting on the dresses, Xia Yu tried to find the price tag to find out the cost. However, the dresses that Celine had chosen for her came without one. Xia Yu began to worry if she could afford such a pretty dress.

When she came out in that dress, Song Xing Xing gave her a look over and nodded. "It's beautiful. The back details are exquisite."

Hearing Song Xing Xing's words, Xia Yu was finally at ease. However, a few seconds later, Xia Yu started to worry about the price again.

"That, Xing Xing," Xia Yu whispered. "This shop would accept paying on installments, right?"

"You don't have to worry about this," Song Xing Xing said. "Huo Yun Chen had already paid for you. Besides, Celine is a friend. She had agreed to give us a generous discount."

Xiao Yu was still not at ease, but there was nothing much that she could do about it.

As she had chosen her dress, Xia Yu waited at the lounge to look after the babies while Song Xing Xing went to try on her dress.

After playing around for a while, the girls were a little sleepy. Xia Yu pushed around the stroller and watched as the babies fall asleep on their own.

Seeing their cute appearance as they sleep brought a smile to her face.

When Song Xing Xing came out, this was the image that she had seen.

"Xia Yu." Song Xing Xing smiled as she walked over. She looked at her sleeping girls and heaved a sigh. "Did they cause you any trouble?"

"No. They are very obedient. They don't cry that much."

Song Xing Xing glanced at her friend and asked, "Do you like babies? How about considering having one on your own? Then, my daughters will have their playmates."

Xia Yu's face turned redder. "I haven't thought about having a child. These days, I am still busy with my internship."

Previously, Huo Yun Chen had mentioned marriage. However, they had never mentioned having kids. Xia Yu did not know whether Huo Yun Chen wanted to have kids someday.

"How is it with you and Huo Yun Chen? Since he had invited you to accompany him to this award, I'm guessing that the two of you had made a lot of progress?"

Huo Yun Chen was willing to take Xia Yu and introduce her to his circle. It can be seen that he was serious about this relationship.
